be more personable show your face when you’re talking don’t hide behind the counter where no one can hear you or even know that you walked out of the store. Another customer had to tell me he left the store. He did not check the truck with me or told me directions of how to accept the truck he just gave me the keys and walked away when I opened up the truck door. It looks like the customer before me came out out of a very muddy area. They did try to clean it, but the mud was dried on the driver side inside the truck cabinet.

TANESHA SThe Employee/Manager has communication issues. Does not treat certain races the right way. They don't pick up their store phone listed. They charged me for refuling when I returned on the same exact mark. They charged me for Cleaning when it was the dust from the truck itself except very tiny particles of stylophone that is impossible sometimes to sweep after the usage. I accidentally forgot my Dolly and Crow Bar and a trash bag that is the proof of I cleaned the truck., but since I was struggling to figure out where to drop off the key, I completely missed to pick up the item. The store had no courtesy to call back to make me aware of items left in the truck. Upon picking up the Truck,, I asked the store manager specifically where to drop the key, he pointed to the Combination lock box on the pole. Which infact is the pickup box not drop off box that I realized when I was talking to Uhaul rep to discuss the situation 3 days after the return. Overall, UHAUL must improve the App to make uploading pictures upon pick up and drop off.

BELINDA GUhaul could have the equipment at the location I chose to pick it up. Twice now I had to drive out of my way to pick up equipment outside my area to pick up the equipment I rented. At least Uhaul could have given me more than 24 hours notice of where I would need to go.

MARION CThe rental was quick and easy. The attendant was extremely professional and informative. The only hiccup was the link I received from U-Haul for the inspection of the vehicle and recording of the mileage that was received while in route. By the time I got to my destination to open the link had expired. Thankfully the attendant had recorded the mileage properly and we walked the truck before leaving. I took a picture of the odometer before leaving and after returning - all was good.
kathryn dThis location was the worst experience i have ever had with UHAUL. The owner came out as i was fueling up the truck and indicated the truck wasn't clean inside and that he was going to charge me for a piece of small plastic and cardboard that was left inside the truck. the materials were not ours and were the size of a thumb. I will never use this location again and they were a poor reflection on the UHAUL company as a whole. I have used this location many times before and have dealt with the inside rep many times who is always helpful and friendly. This location has not only lost any future rentals but i will not purchase fuel from them ever again due to the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the owner.

Robert CLet customers know prior they will hook up equipment by themself with no assistance. Secondly ask the customer if they want insurance instead of automatically adding it to total. Third a copy of receipt would’ve been great.

Gwendalin WThe way you take deposits is ridiculous you took an initial $76 then when when I returned the truck took another 147 then 2 days later you took the actual payment leaving the whole other balance in limbo until it get released back to my account your claims of a cheap rental are fraudulent you have to have double the amount available to keep your bank account safe this is not a good business strategy I will not be using uhaul in the future because of this

Mallory SI was sent to 3 different locations even though I booked 3 weeks ahead of time. Each location either had a truck and no trailer, or a trailer and no truck!!! Totally unacceptable!!! What's the point of having a reservation if it's not upheld???? Never again will I get a U Haul.

Cindy Lwe were charged more than what was estimated we understand the millage and everything we barely used any gas and still filled it up till it clicked and was overcharged almost 20 bucks more then what should have been charged. the vehicle was clean we used it for under 3 hours to transfer two small couches. the gentleman was pleasant and friendly but unfortunately we were unhappy with the overcharge. it looms like we were charged extra for either miles or gas but we were under 23 miles total. we kept track and when he asked us to fill up we did so which it only needed just under a gallon because we didn't use much at all. so very dissatisfied with the overcharge on using the vehicle and felt like we got scammed for more money then what we used.
bobbie pthe first truck i got was broke took it back to receive a refund. i was then told i couldn’t have my money back but i could use another truck so in which i did. i returned the truck the next day to find out that the clerk didn’t sign the truck out properly and i was technically in a stolen vehicle all night i could’ve been locked up and had my boat taken all because of a clerk who didnt want todo his job. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE YOU WILL GET CHARGED EXTRA FOR SHIT YOU DID NOT WANT AND THEY WILL TRY TO HIT YOU WITH HIDDEN FEES. Very poor customer service
Joshua HThe cashier had a rude attitude during the return process. He wasn’t willing to help with anything being that I started the process on my phone. I rent Uhaul weekly and have never seen such. Maybe it was more so about the $20 fee that they did not make since I did it on my own. This might explain why they were the only location in the area with available inventory. The morning check out person was friendly.
