The place is a mechanic place, very hard to locate. The employee was nice and respectful but I received no paperwork he took the key and I left. If there wasn't another UHaul there I would not have known they did business for uHaul For a single female it is a hard location

Repeated confusion and misunderstanding about my rental availability. In the end the call center bad the district manager go over to ensure my rental was available but it was a very disconcerting experience.
M LEddie is great, but the truck lacked a lot to be desire. The drivers door was dented and air got in as I drove so it sounded like an airplane. That truck should probably be retired.
