Repeated confusion and misunderstanding about my rental availability. In the end the call center bad the district manager go over to ensure my rental was available but it was a very disconcerting experience.

Eddie is great, but the truck lacked a lot to be desire. The drivers door was dented and air got in as I drove so it sounded like an airplane. That truck should probably be retired.
