Wasn’t happy to drive 8 hours from home to then pay over the phone as I’m hooking up the trailer and get told that my bill was going to be $250 dollars more than quoted, (I would have had the car I was picking up delivered for that cost), after wasting some valuable time, Uhaul management pulled through and I was able to pay the quoted price and not the price the bill person errored on (I still don’t understand their explanation of error). All turned out good in the end anyway.
