Location was great, app was terrible to use. Waste of time to have app. Originally booked a reservation to go in and at different location. More seamless and not fumble around with app. App didn’t not load pictures but already got the key. Wasted 1/2 hour when I could have spent the time moving. Location great for me. App was terrible. Need to keep old fashion customer service.
