I filled out the information on the web page and then I had to fill it out again when checking in. I do not have the time to keep filling and filling pages and pages. Finally the instructions were not clear enough and there was no one ask at the place. It was so confusing that I was very upset. The next time I will go to a U- haul where someone could help in person, this will help your clients save time.Maximo L.

The truck was disgusting. The front truck was full of dog's hair I couldn't even seat in there. It was ridiculous. The truck was dusty...not the back but the driver's area. Inside of their place is was also dirty. I don't that was the proper way for them to treat their place Nor the truck .STEVEN J.

The location and lack there of cell service in that area made it very difficult to complete any app related steps for my specific reservation. Unfortunately the employee who helped me at the location all though very help and polite was not very experienced using computers and struggled to complete my reservation. I was also told by him that I could just drop off my reservation and the key and that would be fine. Come later to find out I needed to close it with the app which I couldn't do due to the cell service in this area and was charge the $20 fee for asking a representative to complete it. All in all I was very unpleased with the uhaul process and that it seemed like everyday I got an email or text saying my pick up location changed. I will most likely not use uhaul again or recommend it.Amanda S.

Carsons was friendly and helpful and even stayed after close to help me in a bind, but unfortunately the reason I had to go there was because the reservation I made on line Add a closer location was not accurate and one-way trailers are poorly explained. The U-Haul that sent me there had plenty of trucks and trailers but after arriving to pick up my reservation they told me that they could not provide a one-way trailer. Luckily the Horsham Uhaul was very helpful and accepted my equipment return . It just doesn't make sense that our U-Haul that has plenty of equipment will not allow you to take a trailer one-way then forces you to go to a mom and pop shop just to get the same exact trailer that was already sitting on their lot. Also, dont guarantee reservations on line with a $50 guarantee and then break them without recourse, it literally took me over two hours while two hours from my house just to get a 5 x 9 trailer. Again thankfully Uhaul Horsham was super helpful on the return .nick W.

I called in advance asking that the van be "cleaned and ready" for me. I was told "yes". It wasn't swept out and I had to clean the van first myself. That was not pleasant. Other than that. Everything was fine. Nice vehiclerenee B.

what made this experience standout was a very flexible professional and helpful staff. I had to change the hours of my rental. Several times, and they accommodated with ease and I had no difficulty contacting them. Renting was smooth and efficient. The van was impeccable and probably the finest that I've ever rented. Experience was certainly one of the best that I can recall.Michael R.

Needed a truck and appliance dolly to pick up a washer and dryer so I reserved such on the site. When I got there the truck was ready but when I asked if the dolly was inside I was told no, they don't have them at this site. The application definitely had my email and cell number. I think I should have been notified (up to 4 days before arrival) well before I got there so I had opportunity to make other arrangements. Experience was very aggravating.Dick H.

This is not a comment on the location but on the Uhaul scheduling system - I am shocked that you do not ask for feedback on that - I am going to give it to you anyway. Our experience was terrible - you changed pick-up locations on us after confirmation - then when I asked it to be changed back to the more convenient location you schedule us back to the original site saying they now had a truck. that location called us the morning of pick-up saying - no we do not have a truck the one we have has been promised to someone else for weeks, Uhaul should never have told you that - that led to a frustrating scramble and call back to Uhaul scheduling only 2 hours before scheduled pick up time - bad service. I have always used Uhaul in the past without problems but this will make me think again in the future. Get your act together.chris E.

I was charged for 2 gallons of gas when truck was returned full of fuel and they said 7/8 tank what a joke and a rip off beware!!!!!. I will be filing a complaint on these dealer. I also have my fuel receipt.William W.
