Have a the pick up/drop off maybe be an actual uhaul facility. Not a side business that is down a very bumpy road at the end of a half business half residential area

Richard BThe place was closed and no one was available to give us our truck. After 45 on the phone with customer service i was instructed on how to unlock the padlock and get the truck myself.
JAMIE VWhen this reservation was made, I had a choice to do either the share ride or in person customer service. I chose the in person customer service but at the time of pick up no one was available which forced me to do the share ride. Due to this bit of inconvenience, the time spent at this location lasted a little longer than anticipated.
