Sundeep SI was skeptical since the parking is very tight, but the guy moved the truck so it was easy for me to get it out of the parking lot. I’m sure it would have taken me a while to get it out of a tight space when it was my first time driving 26 ft truck. I give this 5 star customer service and store was cleaned and organized!

ERNEST KThe Uhaul app is terrible, what a piece of junk, the mobile pickup failed and I had to re-enroll at the pickup location... horrible. The Uhaul truck was damaged and I had to spend time documenting all the damage so Uhaul couldn't come after me. Thankfully the owner helped me check out and he was very helpful
David CThere was a small damaged area on the fender of the trailer. When I took the picture and made a comment, the app wouldn't let me finish up. Also I wasn't able to use my Veterans Discount.
DANIEL SEverything was great, it was just difficult returning the trailer into the exact same spot where we got it because someone had parked a large truck in front of that spot. We wanted to be respectful so we moved a much larger trailer over a bit by hand to make a suitable and organized space. I didn't know I could deadlift so much weight. The gentleman we worked with at the location was great.
Dominic MThe person providing the equipment checked the lights and failed to tell me the running lights on the driver side where not working. I did not discover this untill the trailer was loaded. Hence I could not proceed as it would be dark before we arrived at our destination. This force me to delay the trip untill the next day.

William HThere was too much equipment for the size of lot. Very small lot and not enough space to maneuver a trailer. It was nearly impossible to get the trailer backed up where the employees wanted it. I got it out to try to do it by hand and use the hand truck since I couldn’t maneuver, but the employee told me to get back in. He was condescending. I was told to move out of the way so a van could get around me to leave, but by the time I moved, they had already pulled my trailer over to a position blocked in where I couldn’t get my final photos of the trailer.

Sam BHad nothing to do with the location pick up at the truck had 125,000 miles and the engine overheated 20 minutes after leaving the location. Had to pull over to the side of the road and call service. Waited an hour before anyone told me it would be another 90 minutes, so I left the truck on the side of the road and had to be picked up and taken to go pick up another truck. Not a good experience!

Ashley HLocation was not paved lot-only gravels and very uneven surfaces. Truck was very old - AC was not working,134000+miles, very hard time to close driver side door on top.
Rashmin PThe 4'x8' trailer was one of the older ones we have seen (we have rented this same style trailer several times with U Haul). It lacked some of the upper lashing points inside and the rear loading door does not open fullly. The people at this location were very polite, helpful and friendly. They are a busy location but always kept everyone well attended to. I would use this location again without hesitation!

ANTHONY MLot was very full of trucks. Could barely pull my car in to pick up my rental. Truck was clean but could use a bit of maintenance. Roll-Up door could use a bit of lubrication (very hard opening and especially closing). They provided a lock (a nice touch) however it did not work. And they were honest on the mileage charge and billing and did not try to sneak in any unexpected charges. Overall good experience. Will rent from them again.
