Joseph YThe problem with location is that the driving surface of the lot has huge deep holes and is only rocks (ABC cover). These rocks need to be smooth out to be level or pave the lot. This is dangerous and bringing my own car there on such a surface was risky to bottom out.
James RI have no issue with the pick-up location, which seemed well run and was efficient for getting my auto transport trailer hooked and un-hooked. But I don't understand why the 800 number for U-haul that I called told me they booked me for a much closer location, and then sent a reservation to one that was twice as far away. I had an additional hour of driving in a day that already required 9 hours of driving because of this mess-up. I was very frustrated by it and puzzled by the feeling that the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing.
Alexander Bit was a quick and easy drop off. I told the guy about the trailer, and he said it looked like the wheel was bad. I did notice that the tires looked way overinflated, so maybe that was what caused the trailer to bounce so badly.

sreedhar sI went into the Uhaul location & rented a cargo van early on a Saturday morning and returned the van the same day. The gentlemen at drop off was assisting another customer but just told me to drop the keys in the orange box and he’d take care of it. Very easy
thresa jI was not happy to be told that I had to purchase the $20 damage insurance as part of the rental. I always rely on my personal auto insurance to cover my car rentals but the salesperson said it was required for this vehicle (I rented the van).

Brian WIt was very difficult to find help when I was first assigned a truck that wasn’t there. I tried to use the U-Haul app, but the truck I was told to use wasn’t there. I finally went in the little shack that was there and a man issued me a different truck, but it was hard to find anyone to help. I thought the old metal building was for storage, not an office!

Gisela TI rented a vehicle, and I was very disappointed with its condition. The steering wheel alignment was completely off. To keep the vehicle driving straight, I had to hold the steering wheel at an angle the entire time instead of keeping it centered. This made the vehicle difficult and uncomfortable to drive, and I believe it was a safety issue. I expected the vehicle to be properly maintained before being rented out.

William GI rented the trailer from the 808 Center Street location in Apex, NC. When I arrived to pick it up I was informed they didn’t have one(had 3 on-site) .Was told I had to go to the Old Apex road location. It would have been nice if I would have been informed this beforehand.

Wes S2 great experiences in the past month renting a Uhaul van for a week at a time to move my daughter home from college apartment in Athens Ga and then moving her to a new apartment for Grad School in Charleston SC. Equipment was clean, new model, and all the bells and whistles (AC, XM Radio, Color Backup Camera, Cruise Control) for a road trip.

Mevlut BBRAND NEW vehicle: 623 miles. Quick check-out & check in. Only quirk is that the fuel gauge colors don't photograph well, so it always looked like it was only 3/4 full (Ford; no issue with a recent brand new Dodge).
