bill sWe just dropped off the uhaul. We had no contact with anyone. Lot was full of uhauls. Process was fairly easy.
Brian WIt was very difficult to find help when I was first assigned a truck that wasn’t there. I tried to use the U-Haul app, but the truck I was told to use wasn’t there. I finally went in the little shack that was there and a man issued me a different truck, but it was hard to find anyone to help. I thought the old metal building was for storage, not an office!
