I went into the Uhaul location & rented a cargo van early on a Saturday morning and returned the van the same day. The gentlemen at drop off was assisting another customer but just told me to drop the keys in the orange box and he’d take care of it. Very easy

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was not happy to be told that I had to purchase the $20 damage insurance as part of the rental. I always rely on my personal auto insurance to cover my car rentals but the salesperson said it was required for this vehicle (I rented the van).
John MQuick and efficient service. Small lot but really great team working there. I'm in Apex, but I use this location because they are easy to work with.
