The mobile website asks a bunch of stuff at the location that could be asked when making a reservation. I was dropped off at a hot parking lot thinking I could get the car and go, but suddenly I needed to take a picture of my face and driver's license information. If this information had been entered in when making the reservation, my time on the lot would have been much shorter. Also I disabled location services when making the reservation on my phone, because you don't need my damn location for me to make a reservation based on zip code. However, when actually trying to pick up the truck location was _required_ in order to pick it up. Since I had already denied location access, there was no way to quickly restore it. I had to enter the browser settings and find the uhaul.com site to change my location setting preferences. Less computer-savvy people would not know to do that. You could fix this by either (a) not asking for location when placing a reservation or (b) not requiring location when picking up a vehicle.Chad K.
I dont usually write reviews people need to beware. The manager left hardly trained staff before leaving for vacation. Neither knew how to work the computer. Place was packed. line to the street. People were leaving because their reserves were rented to someone else. Stood in line for over an hour to have my name written on scrap and handed a key. Get calls and texts from Uhaul support hours later saying there was a" failure" and needed to know my rental type and id. Spend another hour talking on the phone and filling out another rental application online, for a truck I already had. The lot recently washed away in a storm and as of 04/04/2021 has not been fixed. Most cars cannot drive on it. Avoid until under new management.Alexander D.

My original pick up location was in Garner but there was no UHAL sign in that address ( confirmed pick up truck) therefore we couldn't pick up any truck. I called customer service and they sent us to Carry to pick up a truck at that location. In Buffalo when I went to drop it off the guy who was taking care of the truck return couldn't send me return receipt. He told us that my email in the system was wrong while I got at least 5-6 email from UHAL.AHMAD K.
