Have English speaking representatives, language barrier was impossible. Charged my card for almost $300 for his mistakes. I received a phone call from customer service, told them about my experience and they hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another customer service rep that assured me they would “look into” the matter. What a joke! Customer service is non existent at u haul
