ANTHONY MLot was very full of trucks. Could barely pull my car in to pick up my rental. Truck was clean but could use a bit of maintenance. Roll-Up door could use a bit of lubrication (very hard opening and especially closing). They provided a lock (a nice touch) however it did not work. And they were honest on the mileage charge and billing and did not try to sneak in any unexpected charges. Overall good experience. Will rent from them again.

JALEEL CThe one employee we saw was in the lot when I pulled up with the truck. Before I could get out and around to the door of the business, he had locked it up and was walking across the street to where he parked his own car. There was a note on the door saying he would be back in twenty minutes. Well, I wasn't waiting around for twenty minutes for this buffoon. How long would it have taken him to check me in? I was the only customer on the lot. I just dropped my keys in the box and left. I answered yes to if the location was clean and inviting, but I never saw the inside, so I have no idea.

Kenyetta IHave English speaking representatives, language barrier was impossible. Charged my card for almost $300 for his mistakes. I received a phone call from customer service, told them about my experience and they hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another customer service rep that assured me they would “look into” the matter. What a joke! Customer service is non existent at u haul

ALEXANDER KI can't think of a thing these guys could have done better. They hooked the trailer up, and when I returned it they disconnected it. There was a storm coming and I was concerned about getting the trailer returned, and they were super flexible with the return time. Checkout was quick, and dropoff was even quicker. If I need a U Haul in Cary again, I'll go straight to these guys.

I purchased some supplies at the sight and was told if I did not use them, I could return it at ANY U-haul sight. That was not true. b. I was told I could drop the truck off at ANY U-haul sight that was not true
GEORGE MExcellent experience, minus the fact that the U-HAUL app continues to send me notifications that my rental is due nearly 2 months later despite asking a receipt for a completed transaction. Highly recommend this location though!

JEFFREY CThe U-Haul location is better suited for dropping off trucks rather than picking them up. Improved visibility and more level ground are needed to safely pick up a truck or even drive a car onto the lot without risking scratches due to the uneven surface.

Laquone WAbsolute chaos trying to pick up equipment. Total joke. Extremely miss managed. Hydraulic auto brake on trailer had poor performance, halfway through towing there was barely any brake assist whatsoever. Tires were underinflated needed to stop by local gas station to properly air up
