Staff was very friendly and helpful
HASBROUCK MAwesome experience. Got me in same day. I pulled up, asked about a tow dolly, and was out in less than 10 mins. These guys are great.

PHILIP WI was told that I had to take the insurance on a cargo van due to them being leased vehicles. I’ve never had to take it before and never returned a vehicle with any damage. Is this a new policy or just something at that location. If someone can shed light on this it would be appreciated

MUNKHDUL TTruck had terrible handling, poor suspension, wide turning radius was tricky For a long drive it was uncomfortable.
GREGORY PWorst experience of my life. Faulty equipment sold and rented. Could have died had I not pulled off the road. Them customer service abs road side were rude they lacked compassion.
JASMYNE COwner was nice but facility is way too overloaded with vehicles and trailers. No room to park at all. The overloaded lot made it very stressful. Again owner is very kind but facility needs work.

CESAR GHe was very kind and accommodating. On the location rating, I'm sorry, I don't know what this is asking - this location compared to what? Other UHaul locations? This was my first time using UHaul in years, so I don't have much to compare it to. It was about what I expected.

NABIL MStaff is fast and considerate of customers time. I used the mobile app pickup but my phone died upon return. The staff was still in site after hours and was able to check my rental back in saving me time and an extra trip back to the store! Would recommend this location.
