NATHANIEL HFor some reason, I was charged a cleaning fee. There might have been 10 pine needles in an open trailer (which was parked under a pine tree), so I'm thinking that was it. Disappointing because I like this location overall. It almost feels like they took advantage of the situation. I'll probably rent from the location down the road in the future.

Howard BThe white man that was working at the desk has bad customer and sale skills. Do yall just hire anybody? He needs to be reviewed, because he thought I was stupid enough to fall for his scam. He tried to make me pay over the final amount. When I picked up the U-Haul I already paid a portion so why did he try to make me pay what I already paid on top of the remaining balance. Seems very sketchy and unprofessional to try to scam the customer shaking my head. Do better with the people yall hire because this was unacceptable.

Bryan SThe location was fine and the lone employee was exceptional. The problem was Uhaul's computer system which was so slow it took forever to assist customers. Not the employee's fault, Uhaul IT department needs an upgrade because this is apparently an ongoing problem.

RYAN PThe building is old which is understandable but the lighting in there was very dark. The gentleman did not tell us that there was a mandatory $15 coverage for the van until after we paid. When we came back 5 minutes before close and I asked if I would be charged any additional fees for the return of the vehicle not being processed right now, he stated “yall are making me work right before I’m about to go home”. I understand employees don’t like when customers come in last minute but I did my very best to get it back before close and the rude comment took me aback. The room became very uncomfortable as he processed our return and we left quickly after that. Customer service will be the reason I don’t come back to this specific location.
AMANDA RCharged a fee for returning vehicle in dirty condition but vehicle was returned in same condition as I rented it in.

STEPHEN AThe trailer lights were not working. I asked the person there to fix them; he attempted to repair a crushed set of wires replacing the wires with a worse set of crushed wires. After wiggling the wires, most of the lights came on, but the turn signals were still not working, and he was not willing to replace the bulbs. Shortly after leaving the U-Haul site, my car lost all driving lights. I had to replace a fuse. By the time I got home, the second fuse had blown as well. I had to cut out the damaged, crushed section of wiring between my car and the trailer to get the driving lights working without blowing fuses, but I still had no signal lights for the trip. I have rented from U-Haul many times, and all prior experiences were vastly better than this one. Next time i will try home depot trailer rentals

SURAFEAL AWorst possible service imaginable. No lights in the parking lot. The agent at desk did not even address anything. Didn’t even ask my name or anything. Just took the keys. Also now I am stuck trying with an unnecessary cleaning fee which I’m trying to get resolved just because the information on truck condition is not up to date. The truck had spillage inside the drive compartment which I have on video. But they for some reason did not include in their record and the drop off location now is charging me money. Had I not recorded the interior of the truck I would be at your mercy which I suppose is worst than having your enemy responsible for checking and billing.

RENE LWas charged for cleaning after I left the place. It would have been better for staff to review the condition of the truck in the customer's presence and close the rental, to avoid confusion.

ANTHONY HGuys at the counter very friendly. All of them are focused to the customers and knowledgeable. They provided me a truck asking me my household that fits my requirement well enough. Truck was well maintained and clean.
IMRAN AI returned the truck clean; I only left two pieces of cardboard the size of my hand because I forgot them, and they charged me $26.82. It's unbelievable. I don't think I'll rent from you again after spending so much money with you, and then they charged me for such a small thing.
