The man who was working was extremely rude, I asked a question regarding gas in the truck, he pretty much blew me off and immediately said no and just walked away even though I was very kind and polite. I think he told the people in front of me he had been called in to work that day so I get he was tired but still…. Super rude and uninviting

Mathew BThe gentleman at the counter was speaking and assisting me extremely fast, as if he were in a rush. I arrived around 6:00 PM, and I had to ask him to please slow down and speak at a normal pace so that I could clearly understand the rental instructions and feel comfortable as a customer. There was no line or anyone waiting behind me, so I believe there was enough time to provide the assistance in a more patient and professional manner. Customers should be given sufficient time to understand the rental process and feel properly assisted.
