Ensure attendant is capable of disclosing correct and full cost to a client at rental initiation. Surprise costs at pick up or later are not a good thing to a client. And never should an attendant tell a client to ignore a text sent from Uhaul about cost because they will not pay the amount in the text link.....when in fact that was exactly what I was asked to pay at pick up.

Everything Was Great Have No Complaints
Donna SThe person behind the counter was very rude. When I booked I was presented $85 price, at the counter I got 4 medium boxes and the got added 20 miles. During handover he said total price is 130 dollars, I just asked one simple questions what changed and he got annoyed and started taking long breaths and making funny sound trying to disrespect customer for a simple question which is their right to know. I let it go as I didn’t want his bad behavior ruin my day and plan to move. Till end he didn’t answer the question. Such people should not be the face of any business forget running about business. There were two guys there, one with long hair another with short hair, the guy with short hair was rude. hope he reads this message and know customers get a chance to review the service at the end for the dollars they spent so better be respectful to customers as they bring business/dollars to you, both the other way round. Never going back to this facility again.
