Kimberly HThe owners son was very very rude to a couple of my employees who were there returning a truck. They charged us a ridiculous amount of money due to the odometer not being right. He didn’t try to talk the situation out of anything. All he said was you gotta call corporate. He stated we drove 1500 miles in under 8 hrs which is impossible. The customer service was terrible which was very disheartening being the fact I’m a frequent renter with uhaul.
JOURDAN GI was very satisfied with the staff, communication and service I received from this location and will happily use them again.

BONFACE GThe location was clean, your representatives were helpful and professional. The vehicle performed as expected. You can provide a means of viewing a reservation without a customer having to download the U-Haul app. You can provide a means of printing out the receipt for a customer if they ask for one.
JOHN WWhen trying to return both of my rentals upon arrival to Cary, NC it had one piece going to this location and the other to Clayton, NC which is over 45 minutes away. After an already terrible pickup experience, I then had to call the customer service line and be transferred 3 times before getting them to swap the location so both pieces could be returned to the Cary location. The issues we had with Uhaul made what should have been a quick and easy move into a 12+ hour day. Horrible experience.
RYAN ATruck only had 1/4 tank of gas. I returned it with 1/2 tank and was not given a credit for the additional gas.
RONALD KNot very personable at first thought the guy was just having a bad day but when I dropped off I didn't even get a thank you it would.bw nice to rent the vehicle by hour instead of having in for an entire day
SHELLY CVery poor experience, unfortunately. I only needed a cargo van for about 2 hours to move a queen size bed locally. When I started the engine on my rental van, the panel on the dashboard indicated low tire pressure. I notified the employee at the desk who did not attempt to look at the vehicle and blamed the tire pressure on "the weather" (even though it was not cold outside and was about 65 degrees). After driving the van a short time I became aware of a leak in the rear driver side tire (I could actually hear the leak hissing as air was leaking out). I returned to the location and told the employee. He did not attempt to check the vehicle or come listen to the leak but instead gave me another cargo van. When I started the engine on the second van, an "oil change required" light immediately came on. The employee also warned me that the second van was leaking water inside, which it did throughout my drive. A console panel near the SOS button was dripping water the entire trip. It is clear that this location does not maintain vehicles or care about customer safety as both vehicles I was given were not in driving shape. A total disappointment, which resulted in wasted time as I had to return to the location to get a second (also poorly maintained) vehicle and I worried for my well-being while driving it. I would like to request a full refund and have started a ticket with corporate customer service.

BRUCE BHonor the request of your customers. I reserved a trailer and confirmed by phone that the trailer was on site and ready for pickup. The truth of the matter the trailer was NOT on site. The local dealer trying Ed to find a trailer which he did after about a 1/2hr wait. He located a trailer several miles away and that dealer would not allow me to return the trailer to where I had rented it. There’s more to the story, more than band width allows here

Karthik CThe trailer door wouldn't open up when we got home. It was binding. I had to climb in and bang and bash the rail that the door guide wheels ride in. The 90 degree curve where the door and roof meet was bashed up beyond belief. When I finally was able to bang the door open, I left the door open because I was afraid that if I closed it, I wouldn't be able to open it again. Can I get a partial refund?

DEBRA RI can't think of anything that could be changed on uhauls end.. The process was only made complicated on my end because my credit card company kept denying my card because of the large purchase..Jamie was super helpful, patient and was able to handle several customers at once... good job Jamie.. I'd work with you any time.
JASON SEach time ive come to this location the Uhaul representative has always demonstrated inviting, engaging behavior and this is exactly why i came back and will continue to return to THIS location. There are many Uhauls and most times, the owners are short, pensive, dismissive, no bedside manners and/or customer service skills. I've been to many other locations here in Cary and i like this one.

DEIRDRE GPlease make it perfectly clear that there is a cleaning charge unless the truck is completely clean. That is why it is important to have a human at the pick up location

Christopher MGot charged a money grabbing cleaning fee. The truck was not dirty. The cab was clean and the inside the back was not dirty. The cleaning fee was nothing but a way to rip off a client.

Claudia GI took a picture of the mileage and gas gauge reading when i took the truck. When i returned, i made sure I filled it to be at least the same as when I took it. When I returned the truck, the place was busy so i just turned in the keys. Later I was charged with extra for gas. The reading indicated was not when I returned the truck, and I wished I had taken a picture or waited to have it checked before leaving. Always take pictures when taking it and when returning.
