Could barely tell this was a Uhaul location. Really only knew becuase there was another Uhaul truck that had been dropped off. Looked like a run down building and the key drop box was on a telephone pole on the other side of the lot. Not ideal.

I arrived around 6:00 PM, and I had to ask him to please slow down and speak at a normal pace so that I could clearly understand the rental instructions and feel comfortable as a customer. There was no line or anyone waiting behind me, so I believe there was enough time to provide the assistance in a more patient and professional manner. Customers should be given sufficient time to understand the rental process and feel properly assisted.

Bhupinder SI have never seen such a rude person on planet. Return experience was such horrible that I needed to complain about. Would not recommend this location. They didn’t check in the cargo trailer for two days. I located trailer while returning truck and started online check in for it. The person there simply says ‘You are good to go’ without asking them to complete return process by themselves.

Martin CThe computer system was down had to wait 45 plus minutes to get a reserved trailer. Thats not counting the 25 mins i spent waiting behind oyher customers. And imy pickup location was changed to this location. More customers were commiing in and nothing could be done to expedite my pickup. Way to long wait and extra time and gas due to new pickup location not the one I reserved.

Heidi WFriendliness would be appreciated, behavior towards customer also. I felt like I had a big toddler in front of me with nasal congestion and this noise was yuck. If you would not have any customers, ask yourself, why. But than, Uhaul is pretty much needed... than, who cares about or why care about the customer, they rely on us.....

ROBERT LRent and returned a 10 feet truck on 7/3/2026 Cary, NC. The weather was nearly 100 degree. No AC and waited for nearly 20 minutes without being told we could just drop the key and leave. When calling back to ask a question on the receipt (I do not know there is a 16.5% rental tax), the staffs especially the manager was very rude. He was yelling and hanged off my call. I will never come to this place.
wei dPut a little effort into straightening out the shop and improve your tone towards your customers. I honestly felt like I was an inconvenience when calling and then when I came into the store. The only reason I would come here again is that it is close to home.

DAWN OA promise was made to reduce my rental cost if I changed my reservation to a local instead of a one-way so the location could get their truck back. This did not happen and I was out more money. Also at pick up the service was absolutely rude as the guy was more interested in texting on his phone than helping customers in line. This place is an embarrassment to U-Haul.
Scott DAir conditioning during rental, office was extremely hot for customers and the employee working. Carter was excellent in efficiency and customer service under the extreme heat conditions, he never buckled or made any Customer feel unimportant. He had a line almost out the door and banged it out quickly and professionally.
CARLIE PNot sure if the location was unusually busy on the day, but there was only one person working at the location, and by the time I got my truck, the queue of people was outside the building. If this is the norm, I would say they should consider employing at least one additional person on the weekends.

Robert MThe gas tank should be filled more than a quarter full for someone who is going on a 162 mile trip. The mileage allocation of 162 was not adequate to complete the trip with a drive to a gas station and was less than the bare minimum.
David WThe guys here are great. It is not the prettiest shop, but I feel like I get great service from them. I am a repeat customer. My only complaint is the windshield. These trucks sit outside all the time and some are under trees. I think the windshields should be somewhat clean when they hand it off. The trucks wiper cleaner mode was not strong enough. I had to clean the windshield with Windex and some elbow grease.
