MICHAEL LDebbi at Cascade Select Market in Castle Rock was great to work with, went out of her way to make sure i got exactly what i needed, when i needed it.
DANIEL PAmber was the only person in the two sites that had some customer service skill, the rest were rude and no inforative.
tonina kFor one the rental was 19.95 and had 1/4 tank of fuel then charged me 55 for rental and19.95 for going 22 miles 15 for something else and I brought van back with 1/2 tank of fuel and they still charged me 60 bucks never again will I get a haul rip. Off
jason dPeople were very nice and helpful, but we were given a plastic wrapped pack of blankets that literally said "nasty, needs to be washed" in big letters on the outside. We almost threw up when we opened the wrap. So bad.

Lynda BBad experience. I was offered 100$ to drive to castlerock and pick up truck instead of Longview. I agreed provided no hassles. Well my pickup time was 9 am and I had movers waiting for me to get the truck. Well they don’t have anyone to help until 10. Finally got the manager that took his sweet time and got the process underway. I asked to put another driver on plan and he said no cause contract was done. I had to drive 5 hours without help. What a mess I would never do that again. U-Haul has always been very solid and I would continue to rent but at different locations
julie bWheel fell off appliance dolly. No washer or pin holding it. Dolly edge hit new wood floor putting a large gash in it. We were unable to use it.
MICHELE SThe person accepting the return was curt and nit-picky on the fuel level, rounding down to the nearest sixteenth in order to charge us $25 for 3 gallons..
William TThe rep knew nothing about how to rent out trucks, she didn't provide me with the dollies I rented and I was unjustly charged for an extra day I didn't use. I will never suggest or rent from U-Haul again.

Richard EFix thier machine. They have been having issues with it for several weeks. It freezes up. It took over an hour to rent a truck and then only because they had to call into the main office. Important information wasn't put in my contract and I was almost reported to have stolen the truck and would have had a felony charge against me. That is Not ok.
geanne wOnly 1 person knew how to do it and she was at lunch so I had to wait and then the laptop they were using froze up and they couldn’t do anything it took almost 2 hours to get truck and I did everything on line before

KATHLEEN Wplease inform people that only a specific number of miles on the trucks are covered and after that the driver agrees to pay the extra milage...its just for idiot people like me that sometimes are to stressed to do the right thing and read it going out the door lol...other than that you folks are awesome...if i ever move again i will be using uhaul products and equipment.

John SOver charged on miles cab and box filthy. Returned cleaner and with more fuel than I receive it and then was over charged my miles for my troubles. Most likely last time I’m using uhaul period and recommending others to go elsewhere as well
Matt sI checked in online previous to pickup. Reservation was for 8am. I arrived at 7:55am. When I arrived they didn't have my reservation. After calling U-Haul they told me it was booked by Longview for the Castle Rock location and the reservation was being switched over. I was then told it is better to come into their location to make sure the truck is reserved, which of course defeats the convenience of online booking. I then proceeded to the truck using the online tool, and found three areas of damage not logged. I took a picture using the tool and waited for 5 minutes for the pic to load, but it never did. I went back into the store and informed them. They called U-Haul again and I was told to take pictures with my phone and then they would work it out upon my return. Finally left at 8:35am. So much for a fast check in online. Returned the vehicle and everything went smooth and I was out of there in about 10 minutes. Overall, everything worked out, but it was inconvenient and a laborious process.
Kenneth DI was quoted three prices 2 before I took the uhaul and 1 after I only ues it 6 hrs and bill after putting gas back in it was over 200.00 79 miles Rates were ridiculous I didn't appreciate get lower quotes before I left and over a hundred dollars more then the quote when I got back I feel I was deceived bait and hook deal .
Jeffrey BI am 83 years old. The information provided by the dealer was difficult to understand. This person tried to send information to us on my phone which never came through. We were provided a reservation quote by the personnel in Longview WA as $87.48 for the unit we reserved. They were very professional. We were never asked about insurance nor did we need any. Apparently it was put on without our knowledge.
Norm Rwe did the entire check out in our phone and it told us to simply put the key in the drop box. The people there had no clue about a drop box and asked us to wait. Their computer was down and we stood there almost an hour and they finally said oh just give us the keys. What the heck is going on. In too if everything the cab heater didn’t work and it was d ok cold my husband had to stop and buy gloves just so he could drive! This was atrocious from beginning to end! Never ever using uhaul and recommending on social media no one else does either.

Dean RWe rented a 20' u-haul truck. Told it was $40 per day ÷ mileage. We would be allowed 30 miles at $1.15/mile. We would drop off in Longview 12 miles from my location in Castle Rock. Instead of $75 we were charged more than $160.00. Nobody advised us that when you don't return truck to where you rented it, which would have been much easier, we were charged double the price. This is scam. We could not read poor quality of contract on phone and Cascade printer wasn't working so we had no paperwork to consult. Not Happy Les Murphy
LESLIE MHave more trucks at location so that I don’t have to spend more money to bring the truck back to the same location. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
JASON FMy reservation wasn’t used. I was charged for a dolly I didn’t use. I was given no instructions and my contract was not sent to me so I had no Information to return the trick

Maranda GLocation is right inside the grocery store. Customer service was excellent. In and out in about 5 minutes and on our way. Very easy process since we had ordered online.

MICHAEL MRipped me off for miles and Increased rate and amount of miles from previous trip. Was driven less then 1 mile 730 sw Hibbard loop apt a to select market. They changed rate and added previous days. I was aggred at 40 cents per mile not 109 104 or whatever
