Because they don't check to see what is there or not. Almost coast me double for my rental.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck ran rough and loud, mud and dirt in the back when we opened it. Called and the girl called us back, acted very confused. Then when it was returned at 8pm rented at 1pm I was charged 100 dollars for a truck that was advertised as $29.00 a day plus mileage and we barely drove it 25 miles? Will rent in longview next time.
