Wheel fell off appliance dolly. No washer or pin holding it. Dolly edge hit new wood floor putting a large gash in it. We were unable to use it.

The person accepting the return was curt and nit-picky on the fuel level, rounding down to the nearest sixteenth in order to charge us $25 for 3 gallons..

Richard E.Fix thier machine. They have been having issues with it for several weeks. It freezes up. It took over an hour to rent a truck and then only because they had to call into the main office. Important information wasn't put in my contract and I was almost reported to have stolen the truck and would have had a felony charge against me. That is Not ok.
