Timothy AThere was alot confusion with my reservation took over an hour to get my rental. I received a call from uhaul asking if I would be willing to tow a 5x8 trailer to my drop off location in bend Oregon as a courtesy for uhaul. I agreed and had to hook up the trailer and found there was no pigtail for lights. So I had to go take one from another trailer. Other than that it was fine.

Jeff SI rented in Longview WA had to go get the Trailer at this location the next Day. When I got there at the Scheduled time, no one was available to help. its a grocery store parking lot, with cars parked all over. I had to move around parked cars. With a Truck and Trailer this can be a tight space. Employee by phone was very helpfull and Friendly.
