Joyce W.Tried on 2 separate days to try to turn in the truck, both times they told me to come back at a later date. The truck's seal did not work, so water got into the truck and ruined all of the boxes. But the location would not talk to us for anything related to the service. I had to call the Uhaul traffic line to inform them the location had the truck and keys and they informed me they would take care of the rest.

Filled up with gas but was still charged by the mile. Huge rip off. I will never use this service again and will actively warn others away from it as well
Anthony S.Could not understand him, he wasn't really interested in talking to us or explaining what we needed to do. Had to talk to other people in the establishment to get help. Took longer to drop it off than it did to pick it up and all he needed to tell me was to leave it there to be scanned.
JOHN LELAND C.I didn't like the time waiting for a Manager on Dutie. And they didn't speak ENGLISH WELL, so it's was hard to under stand, after the Vehicle was RETURNED. Ps : they didn't have a printer that worked so I had to make a copy with my PHONE .... I'm not happy going there Ever again .... NO PAPER COPIES TO THE CUSTOMER....
