I was utilizing mobile check (that process was un=necessarily convoluted but not the locations fault). When it was time to go in and get the key the clerk refused to give it to me because he didn't see the reservation in his system despite me having the confirmation on my phone. I ended up having to call U-Haul corporate to have them explain to the clerk that he could give me the key. Appeared to be a training issue and a lack of understanding of how one way rentals show in the system. I will say there was a language barrier which likely contributed to the issue but at the end of the day i expect agent locations to know how the system shows reservations.

I asked for an appliance dolly and there wasn’t one in the truck. I had to call customer service to find one, and when I went to the office to pick it up, the clerk wasn’t thrilled with the situation. I shouldn’t have had to make a 30 minute trip to get a dolly.
Amanda FTruck was not safe to operate. Cab mounts are shot. I didn't know if I was going to make it to my destination. Severe cab vibration on certain concrete interstate surfaces. 40 mph before it would stop. This trip cost me more time and fuel. When I turned it in, I asked for a refund or something.
