good location
Vaibhav PI arrived to the location 15 minutes early. The gas station clerk was not able to go through the U-Haul process. The manager of the gas station, who ran the U-Haul business did not answer the phone until 10 minutes after my appointment time, when I had to talk to him on the gas station clerks phone. At that time the area was under a tornado warning. He was over 30 minutes away and never showed up, even thought I had made my reservation 2 days in advance. All paperwork was done over the phone.

OLIVER HThis was a mini mart that had no one trained or authorized to process the unit back in to the system and provide me with any documentation that I had returned it, or the condition it was in at that time. I returned it on a Saturday and was told that it would be Monday before The store manager would return from out of town to process it back it to the system and give me a receipt. I was told to park it in a non fenced off area of the mini mart parking lot, and the manager would process it Monday and send me a receipt. It was due back Sunday. It is now Thursday and still no receipt. I will not use this facility again.
