Craig LThe owner of the store was more than patient and helpful U-Haul on the other hand was not a good experience! Expensive, was only able to use a credit card or master as well there was different pricing for each card. The lady I spoke with from the customer line “1800 #” for h-haul wasn’t that pleasant unfortunately. Than after spending the $250 something I was than charged $20 more on over km usage witch is crazy because the U-Haul to drop it off was across the city.

MARSHALL TTires. It snowed right after I rented the truck. If I were starting the truck on green light with snow on the road, I wasn’t moving, truck was skidding. It was very dangerous. It was very frustrating.

Michael AWas a bit of a line up but agent was super friendly and accomodating. Historically I have not had great experiences with Uhaul but this experience changed me - I would definitely use this location again.
Jennifer MTwo days before my son was to move, (I paid with credit card), we were told that the truck we reserved, was not available and that we would have to back-track from Barrie to Bracebridge and then off to our final destination - Hamilton. The Rep whom took my call, wasn't very helpful/professional. I explained to her that adding 2 hours to my son's move at 89KM each way would only add to my bill. She offered a $30.00 discount. I then called back after being disconnected and spoke with another Rep who couldn't help, but transferred my call to Scheduling. The person I spoke with was very understanding and was able to locate a 10' truck in Barrie within just a few minutes - which we were very grateful for. The first Rep I spoke with, should be working for a collection agency, as she sure has the personality and attitude for it. The gent I spoke with, was excellent in resolving the issue and I would like to thank him for his efforts. Sincerely, D. Nelson
Lynden NWe we very pleasantly surprised with the service from the 565 Yonge Street location. Very professional and due to an error from U-Haul booking, this location was gracious enough to work with us. We will definitely use this location again!!

rick zVan covered and surrounded by snow. Had to dig out myself with no shovel or brush, stuck in the snow for half an hour. Business was locked right after I got the keys and had no help with the van
deanea sthere was no windshield snow brush or scrapper. I had to walk to the gas station is the freezing cold wind and ask a stranger to help me. as a young woman by myself, I was very disappointed. It was clear the haul had been sitting there for a while, even the back door was frozen and I wasn't able to open it by myself for the first time.

Joanne MPickup time was for 10:00 a.m. I had my elevator booked for then. I got the truck at 10:45a.m and lost my elevator time by the time I got to my apartment to move. Truck wasnt inspected. Engine light was on. While travelling, I filled up gas and the tank was leaking gasoline. I recorded a video of the truck doing this.
