How U-Haul Reviews WorkIts my first time renting a uhaul. I didn't know you had to do the circle check photos before leaving the lot. Its obvious that this is a way to siphon money from unfamiliar consumers. Its reasonable to assume a person in the process of moving will not read a clerical document and assume the information provided when booking the vehicle would be provided upon reserving it. When I got the vehicle I did my own circle check, I didn't think to document the condition of the vehicle to the company because I don't work for uhaul. During a time when I am in a rush and eager to drive to where I need to go, I don't check my phone to ensure a corporate entities merchandise is in good condition.

WILLIAM JHowever Uhual Brampton called and tried to do a bait and switch.. stating that there were NO trucks in barrie and I would need to pick up at location 30 minutes and 28 km out of town! My media post went viral and people stated photo documenting how many trucks in the size In ordered sitting in the lots in Barrie! Stop you shady practices! Trying to add 54.00 extra to my bill Shame on you! The cash stop owner was very nice and pleasant!
