Make sure food and garbage is cleaned out before new rental.. and I don’t think it’s fair that I got charged for the extra miles it took me to location for drop off!!
Jennifer PAgain, my drop off location got changed Sent us to a location that was closed -spent extra gas .extra kilometres and time of people that was helping me. This was the worst move. I’ve ever experienced with you all and trust me. I have used U-Haul many times in the city of Brampton and Mississauga. My first time for this area and the experience I can honestly say was horrible Have another move August 29 and I’m praying that it will be much better experience because I rely on other people and this is insane So yes, you really need to get this straight note because we don’t have time when you’re moving dealing with these issues Thank you
