Make an app that actually fucking works, don't charge customers a tonne of extras because your shitty app doesn't work, don't send customers all over the place to find a truck, don't give customers the wrong truck, leave the key for the truck and if the app fucks up and doesn't allow the customers to finish the checkin phase, CALL THE CUSTOMER!! I also had to pay an allegedly previously unpaid fee and recieved NO RECEIPT. And maybe don't completely let customers down when they have NO WAY TO ACTUALLY GET HOME!!! I'm also not sure how you allegedly didn't refund me for the cancelled booking that YOUR APP cocked up, because I booked another truck 2 days later. I hadn't realised that Uhauls staff were prophets?!?!?!?!
