I went in wanting a pickup truck or van for a small load. None was available at this location. I didn't have the time to search other locations. I took a truck 10 footer, well over my needs. Uhaul needs to arrange for better products at location that are well used.

I’m working with U-Haul Customer Service to resolve a disputed charge, so this might not be my final review. The rental location is closed on Sundays, so I’m in the habit of renting on Saturdays and returning the trucks before the locations open on Mondays. I’ve never been charged for those extra days until this time. Furthermore, I was charged nearly twice as much for the second day vs the charge for the first day; that is absolutely ridiculous and totally wrong. I hope this will be resolved in my favor, with no charges beyond the original $79.88; if not, U-Haul will be losing a previously satisfied customer.

Recommend? Maybe. Location for me was the key. Improve??? Explain online what ALL is involved in self-checkout. Trying to do all that is required with a cell phone... in the rain and overcast!!!..... not good.

Online pickup was a disaster. Had to into store to rent truck. Problem: Live verification failed. All steps have to be done at location, bad experience.

My reservation was canceled when I came to pick up my truck. I had made it over the phone 2 days prior with a live person and somehow it got canceled. Luckily they had another truck but the customer service was horrible. The "head guy" at this location is so rude, not only to the customers but to his own employees. He had a girl on her own and seemed irritated when she asked for his help because she became busy. He has no people skills and frankly should not run a buisiness. I can say I will never use this location again, if I ever choose to use U-Haul in the future, and I will make sure others know of this as well. Horrible experience, and this is our 2nd horrible experience here.
