It was a very pleasant experience renting the Uhaul. The service was welcoming and friendly. Everything was clean and in order. I hope to not have to move again anytime too soon, but I will gladly recommend them and use them again.

We were charged for moving blankets but were not provided any.

Did self service check in and now being contacted claiming we didn’t refuel the vehicle, when we put in over 8 gallons and it stopped at the pump. So now I’m being forced to pay an additional fee; with the company telling us not to go through U-Haul customer service but then locally which feels very shady. I will not be using this location in the future. I have never had an issue with U-Haul before.

The truck was clean, but there was so many dings and scrapes I felt like I had to buy the safety just so I wouldn't be charged for any of it. I also paid for 2 Dolly's and blankets and neither were in the truck. Moving is a pain in itself, and it doesn't help when I fell like I wasted 45 dollars before I even started packing. 2 years ago I used uhaul and had a good experience, but this was the opposite.

I have used this location a number of times over the last 5 years. The equipment is in good working order, reservations have always been ready to go. I use this location even though there are three other locations that are closer to my home.

I made a reservation and received a confirmation for a 10’ truck. When I arrived the guy said he didn’t have any 10’ and that he would be putting me in a 15’ truck with a higher rate. I also confirmed that I did not want the insurance coverage, yet he still charged me for it. He also dropped an f-bomb when the system glitched. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went in wanting a pickup truck or van for a small load. None was available at this location. I didn't have the time to search other locations. I took a truck 10 footer, well over my needs. Uhaul needs to arrange for better products at location that are well used.

I’m working with U-Haul Customer Service to resolve a disputed charge, so this might not be my final review. The rental location is closed on Sundays, so I’m in the habit of renting on Saturdays and returning the trucks before the locations open on Mondays. I’ve never been charged for those extra days until this time. Furthermore, I was charged nearly twice as much for the second day vs the charge for the first day; that is absolutely ridiculous and totally wrong. I hope this will be resolved in my favor, with no charges beyond the original $79.88; if not, U-Haul will be losing a previously satisfied customer.

Recommend? Maybe. Location for me was the key. Improve??? Explain online what ALL is involved in self-checkout. Trying to do all that is required with a cell phone... in the rain and overcast!!!..... not good.
