The only improvement that can be made it not having the larger box trucks blocking the exit. So, if you're picking up a trailer, you don't have to back up into the street with it. Other than that, it was a great experience at this location.

The truck I drove was substandard. The steering was unacceptable. The truck was all over the road. The floor in the back was not clean. The driver's side visor was broken. All in all, a D-!

She answered all my questions, got me the best rate, and scheduled a pickup within an hour. Pat, from the store was also very accommodating to meet my needs. MARINA GCashflow Billing was not my original choice, but due to truck availability my pickup was moved here. I am thrilled that it was, as the Uhaul representative from Cashflow was awesome - courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and quick with getting me checked in and adding drivers. The return process was just as awesome. Thank you. It was an excellent experience all around. I will be renting from the Cashflow Billing location again.
Joseph SThe location is okay. The only problem was using uhaul.com/app to pickup my truck. I arrived for pickup at 0830 but the system kept saying that it couldn't find my location. I was on the phone with a uhal representative from that time to past 10pm when we finally were able to checkout the truck. Thanks to the representative. I was supposed to load my truck that night but it was too late. So, I ended up going to get some sleep. This was a horrible experience. A nightmare!
AMON OI picked the truck up using the phone app. It was a little confusing and frustrating. I returned the truck the same way. I wasn’t sure when the process was complete. Very confusing.

jason gNo one was there when I came, when I picked up the U-Haul, I got stuck, the rear door was frozen stuck. It was a lot of time spent trying to open to that, truck also died on me twice as well which also killed a lot of time and forced me to have to extend. Truck died when we were at a gas station. Overall it was a terrible experience. I am waiting for a manager to still give me a call.

JOHN Di opted online for “no insurance needed” and when i got to the place the guy put me down for the “safe move” insurance and i contacted customer service before i left the lot and they said the store would contact me or customer service will contact me back and help resolve it and nothing yet. but it was quick to bill me.

almon a7 yrs ago moving here we dropped off our truck there and it was not an enjoyable experience. Less than friendly helpful people. This time was a completely different experience and was quick and very friendly staff.

CARLA MThe manager on duty was carrying a firearm on his hip out in the open which I found odd. He was also very worked up about a problem with his personal business that he was dealing with while attempting to help me. He was so busy I had to go back in and remind him that he needed to take a picture of the trailer before I could leave. He was very unprofessional and made the whole office feel uncomfortable. Then I got my receipt the next day after dropping off the trailer and noticed that I had an extra charge on there for a “Safe Tow” coverage which I know I opted out of when I reserved the trailer online. I would definitely not go back. Very unprofessional.
