Michael BMake sure the windshield & door windows are clean! The check-in / check-out process was next to perfect. I prefer a human interface when conducting any business arrangement, not pushing buttons on my cell phone. That’s the prime reason for canceling my truck rental from your East Wenatchee facility!

Gage WTrailer size I ordered and was guarenteed was not there when I arrived. I had to take a smaller trailer. The person that put my hitch on didn’t tighten it properly and it came off when I went over a railroad track.
Ray SThe strap was too short and in need of repair. Had to deflate a car sized tire and use a ratchet strap to make it work. Also one tire had a screw and was flat when I got to the car loading location so had to call road side assistance.

Stephanie KAlex was great and super professional. He unhooked me and got me going with no hassles whatsoever. I have dropped off here several times going between Seattle and Cashmere, and they've always helped me out. I do call them first to ensure they can take my trailers, and that seems to make things go smoothly.
ROBERT OWent to return a trailer there, no one to check in the equipment until 130p and we got there at 1230p. Hated to leave the trailer and hope no one stole it or damaged it but no choice.
Lisa MThis is NOT pickup LOCATIONs fault!!! But UHAUL reservations fault!!! I reserved and truck&trailer 2wks early march23 on your website from Bellingham Wa(to) Surprise Az. The UHAUL location is 6 miles from my home. I checked on it to make sure it was all good on Mon april 1. I got a call from uHAUL Thursday 24hrs before i needed it april 5 , saying my truck is ready and can be picked up in Cashmere Wa…. 184 miles away !!!! ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR miles! One WAY…. Lets think about this logically…. This ment i had to quit my job 2days early and drive over a mountain pass184miles turn around and drive back 184miles to pack a whole house into a 26’truck….! Just so i can THEN drive back across the mountian pass 184 just to go past the uhaul spot i was just at 24hours ago…. Logic….. i think not. BAD customer service?? YES…. Absolutely. I reserved a truck 6miles from home and had NO OTHER CHOICE. With such short 24hour notice!!! Try giving customers more notice like maybe 72hours especially when you can see in your computer the routes &locations of said trucks. The truck&trailer worked well. The pick up place was perfect. The phone call with such short notice did NOT. Please try and figure this out.

Melissa WThankful to be able to rent a truck I can depend on. I’ve used U-Haul for my many, many moves over the years. Always dependable and reliable, easy to rent, reasonably priced. U-Haul has saved me thousands if I had to hire movers every time I moved! Cashmere Mini Mart was great, friendly, super clean truck, easy drop off.
Darlene RAlthough I had zero issues with the truck the "check engine light" was on. When you're traveling you're more at peace knowing your equipment is up to date. You're busy moving and assume the professional moving organization is providing you with the right equipment. I didn't notice the light until 20 miles into the trip. No problems though. Thank you. This is the only reason I didn't provide an "excellent" rating. Thanks again!

Jay LThe lady who met me at the mini-mart door was rude. The U-Haul staff left work early (3:30 p.m.), so they were not there to process my return, and then reported my fuel level incorrectly the next morning in my absence.

Mark VIf I could rate U-Haul with a negative to infinity number I would. Nothing about this move went well except that I arrived in one piece. From the minute uhaul called me to say my truck wasn’t going to be available on the date I reserved, to losing my packing supply order, to refusing to pay me my deposit back or the 50$ PROMISED and paid for with extra gas to drop off the truck where it was convienent for the company, I was lied to, dealt with the WORST customer service in Wenatchee, and I pray I never have to rent a moving truck again. If I do, it won’t be with your company, I lost 16 hours of work, 150$ that was to be returned, drove a truck through multiple states with a dying transmission and bad brakes. So disappointed and very stressful.

Brian MIt is a small town convenience store. There were two people working and although it wasn't busy except for people getting gas, (No customers actually in the store at the time) they said they'd get the truck checked in the next day on March 6th, when it was actually due back and told me to just park it in the adjacent gravel and muddy lot and bring the keys back to them. They didn't check the truck in until March 8th. LAZY STAFF ! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !
Daniel DThe service at this location was great. But my overall experience with U-Haul was not great and I’m not sure I would use you again. I reserved the truck from my he East Wenatchee location and got a call the night before the move that they didn’t have the truck and I’d have to go to cashmere to rent it. That added a lot more mileage and more gas that I had to pay because of Uhauls mistake. I don’t think that is fair. And I couldn’t pick the truck up for 1.5 hours later than I needed it.
Melissa GI suggest three full bags of furniture pads and a hand dolly makes it chalkboard to load the truck I personally would only include what is ordered and if none don’t leave them in there. Also a Dropbox at this location should be available. Thank you Cheri

kim gHave the reserved equipment ready for pick! They gave my truck away, had 2 other bigger trucks there not checked in from last customer, claimed I could not rent it because he couldn’t figure out how to check it in. He told me I was pretty much out of luck! I had gotten dropped off so I had no ride back. I called main office to U-Haul, they talked the guy through getting other truck check in process. It wasn’t swept out or appliances cart or blankets weren’t in there. It was a stressful 1 1/2 to get on the road with a truck. I had movers scheduled at 9:00am next day to get me moved! That location is running a mini mart , pizza take out business along with U-Haul. The guy just complained that he was to busy to get me checked in & they were running 3 business. Moving is stressful enough coordinating all the things that need to take place. Then to deal with this. I would not recommend this location!
Carol JThe truck keys weren’t in the store so the representative was just going to cancel my guaranteed rental with no alternate plan recommended or suggested. Just oh whoops, sorry. My dad went out to truck, and the keys were sitting IN it. Then magically the rental went on. I was told it had a quarter tank, but the tank was super empty and the indicator bobber was even stuck to the bottom of the tank. I feel like I was NOT valued as a customer and almost feel taken advantage of.
Melissa LWe had to drive for 2 hrs. and 15 min. to get here and pick up the truck. It was 125 miles and then we had to drive another 125 miles home to load it. They allowed us 100 miles for this trip. They only allowed us 260 miles from our home in Redmond, Wa. to our new home in Moscow, Idaho and it was 300 miles.
Duane MThe only issue that wasn’t anything bad was a little cigarette smell in the cab. Received excellent help from Mr. Stewert!
Cord EI reserved to truck for 7am, but when we showed up they said we had to wait until 9am to get the key (even though the establishment was in fact open). When we came back at 9am they canceled our reservation. Total nightmare. We were able to get another reservation, but it set us back by a lot on our planned move.

George KI didn't receive my receipt as promised. I checked with UHaul and it turns out the staff was new and busy running their mini mart. Once contacted by U-Haul they got the issue quickly sorted. I have used this location in the past with no problems. I'm sure once the current staff has more experience all will be well. I'll use them in the future.
