We had an absolutely horrible experience with this rental. Your online rental system clearly does not work. It sent us to a location that does not even have the trailers like we rented. Then it took us over 2 hours to get it at a different location. Not at all the fault of local companies. I will not plan to rent from uhaul in the future. Please fix your system.
