Behavior of this branch is rude. They overcharged me and did not answer my emails. I went to their office 3 times and when they see a costumer, they enter the building, lock the door, and pretend that no one is here. I never suggest my friends to use their services.

The only thing that I did like is sumite my driver's license the day before and when I went to pickup up the rental I had to submit another copy this slows the proces. Other than that I love the convince of it

It was very difficult getting in contact with your representative and when I called your customer service the lady was rude. If you're going to have this type of setup I would advise better customer support and a more diligent on site assistants.

The lot could have been a little more well lit. I'm not sure what you consider clean but the cupholders inside the cab and on the outside was visible dirt. Also it took very long to even get the truck once we arrived at the lot and that really ate into our moving time.

The U-Haul mobile app has bugs. After trying to upload an odometer image several times, I had to give up and ask the manager to finish the return of the truck. I'm giving ,5 stars because the location is convenient and the manager was great. But U-Haul needs better software testing and development practices. Also, on my phone, you sometimes can't see the field whole typing... Come on guys. Get it together

The car I drove (with the Arizona registration) is a death trap 🪤! You need to work on the suspensions, the steeering wheel (very weak and could cause a catastrophe). Also, your customer service line must be active at all times.

DO NOT, I repeat…. DO NOT schedule your system maintenance during the middle of the day! People get exhausted with the moving process already and then when they want to return the vehicle, they find out that the website is down because of a stupid system maintenance during the day! Please fix this!!

The cargo van is excellent. However the app is not working when returning the van. It took me around one hour, and finally I turned to the uhaul.com website to get everything done.

Get rid of online processing. It was a nightmare and the only way I was able to get through it was because the owner/manager showed up on site. I tried to call UHaul directly when I ran into problems, and I was on hold indefinitely until the owner/manager showed up. The online check-in and check-out is absolutely awful. I would not recommend this to anyone, and rather, will tell people to rent from anyone but UHaul. Really terrible experience, but the owner/manager was so nice and very helpful. If he did not show up, I don't know what we would have done.

19.95, huh? Really? What about the 25$ for a CDW fee? What the fuck is CDW? Why not include that in the ad, you fucking roaches? I ended paying over 3 times as much as advertised with all those shit hidden fees. I mean Jesus, I didnt even scratch anything. AND that doesn't include the damage protection fee or whatever. So I could've paid an extra 50$-whatever on top of this exorbitant price. You guys suck.

There are two buildings at the cass trailer sales location, and I was confused as to which office building was where the key pickup box was. Perhaps additional descriptions about the correct building in addition to the aerial map view of the building would be helpful for future customers.

Really really did not like that there is nobody at the location I do not like having to Do it all online or in an app. it's very frustrating doing it especially when my camera is not working and my storage space on my phone is running low so it keeps alerting me and making me restart. I understand that's not your problem but it's very frustrating and I'd rather it have somebody there. I only did it at this location because I was moving from a place in College Park to a place in College Park and it was easier. But I did not like having to do it all virtually type without anybody there.

Please have the vehicle that is in stock available at the location. I went to the Greater Landover location where I had a reservation for a 9” truck at 8:30 pm on 11/5/20. Upon arrival and starting my pickup for 24/7 share , I received a message saying that I had to wait until the location opened the next day. I proceeded to reserve the next available truck at the location but the keys were not in the box specified. I spoke with a Uhaul representative and we went through all 6 boxes at the location and unfortunately did not find any keys. The representative found a new location with availability for me but it was further than I planned for the use of the truck. I was placed at an inconvenience and what was supposed to be an hour move turned into 4 hours. Completely unsatisfied with this service.

Not as a remote location. Took about 2 hours just to get checked in and 1 check the truck back in. The assistance from customer service was excellent but again i had to wait for nearly and hour to speak to someone.

I was so tired at the end of moving that I didn't do all of the pictures since I dropped the key in the box after parking. I hope this was ok and as you could see the truck was back as it was received.
