#1 My daughter has rented several times from an actual uhaul dealer and they are way more knowledgeable and they explain everything and answer all of your questions this man did not. #2 I was charged for 10 miles and I only drove it 6. And #3 the math on the itemized bill does not add up i was told I only hadn't pay $41 up front and he charged me $50 and some change and then charged me another $10 for the 6 miles I drove it @.79 a mile.

jULES TThere wasn’t anyone at the counter both times I arrived. Someone had to call an out of town number to get someone to jump the counter and assist. The truck had construction equipment being stored inside of it and I had to wait for someone to clear it out. The steering of the vehicle barely worked.
