was not at all happy to receive a phone call and an email today stating that the U-Haul cargo trailer we rented had not been returned. We rented this trailer on March 13, 2026 from Loveland Co and returned it on March 15, 2026 at 8:11 am in Wheatland Wy. Today is March 24, 2026, and now I’m finding out that this trailer was missing for 9 days and they are just now reaching out? I used the app and took photos of every little detail and we put the contract in the key box, we followed every instruction to a tee! I’m so tired of this kinda of crap going on because you cannot do your job! You can be assured we will never rent from U-Haul again!

JAMES FNewer 15’ truck with only 5000+ miles. Comfortable, easy to drive and well suited to our needs. Held more than we thought. Only wish was for cruise control on the truck for long haul drive. Ten miles to a gallon. But, very happy with rental!

JAMES BRented a truck to move about 60 miles away. We drove a total of 131.7 miles...but somehow were charged for 321. When I asked for a copy of the pictures of the mileage before and after that we had to submit on their app, they were not able to provide

PAUL HTruck was clean, serviced and the blankets and cart ready to go. The truck was pretty new and even fully loaded ran great.
William FIt would good to have a safety observer when dropping the trailer tongue. It is possible to drop it on your foot, but fortunately, that didn't happen. Everything was quite easy as far as making reservations, getting prices, making adjustments, being offered movers, which I would definitely consider using if and when I need to move again.

ERIC LCame here to pick up a replacement truck and when I tried to explain to the guy he didn’t want to hear it but wanted to tell me I was at the wrong location until I made him listen then he said I should have told him that but he wouldn’t let me get it out before telling me I was in the wrong spot. Once I explained the situation he threw keys at me and said there you go didn’t look over the truck with me or anything.

DALLAS POK U-Haul. It’s frickin’ 2025. Please get Ford trucks that have CRUISE CONTROL in them. Absolutely unacceptable to not have that feature in trucks that are used almost exclusively for long haul moves.
