DOUGLAS HNothing to improve. I appreciated the ability to return the rented trailer on a Sunday when the office was closed and use the App to complete the return. Very friendly and helpful gentleman in the office who came out to the trailer location to he[p me hook up the chains to my hitch. Thank you for one of the best and easiest rental experiences I've had at a UHaul location.
