It took me an hour to access the keys for the truck. When I got the truck home and opened up the back, the dolly, furniture mover and blankets were missing. We had to load up what we could without the necessary tools that I'd reserved and paid for. The office is located in a dead spot for wi-fi or internet access. I wasn't able to upload a photo of the odometer at pick-up, which was higher than the app showed it should be. There was a rip in the driver's seat that I was unable to report when I picked up the vehicle. The hours of operation are a challenge for anyone who wants to pick up after 4pm - they're closed. There is no emergency number to call listed on the door or window. The number shown in the app would not even ring - it would just disconnect. This was an extremely challenging experience. I doubt I'll ever reserve a vehicle from this location ever again.Marie A.

The 5x9 trailer I rented was really dirty. The trailer looked like it was driven on a dirt road for miles and not washed off. The fenders on the trailer were also damaged but marked with an X. The guy who helped me was also very rude and not helpfulSTEVEN D.

When I left the location, I was told my gas was exactly where it was when I rented the truck. It was actually a little over where I started. When I got home and received my email receipt, I had been charged for two gallons of gas. I had to call the haul number to get this resolved. Very, very unprofessional and actually crooked!BRUCE C.

The customer service representative was not wearing a mask when we picked up and dropped off the truck. Since Colorado has a mandated mask order in affect, I found it unacceptable that an employee for the storage space/u-haul rental was not wearing one. Uhaul in general has gone so down hill and their summer service is awful. I got a call the night before saying sorry, we don't have that equipment available in your city. The only response I got was we just simply let the customer know what we have or don't have. Hard to plan for a move when this company can't promise anything. That guy that check us in was borderline rude. He made it obvious that he had issues with my african american boyfriend. we waited 15 mins for him to appear and when he did get up front he was very abrupt. like I said borderline ride but obviously racist.ANDREA G.

The place is older and even though it was pretty much closing time they barrelled through helping everyone with no attitude so, props for that. The guy didnt wear a mask at all even though helping 3 different people in a very small office. I had to stand outside and talk holding open the door. Given this county has the highest outbreak in Colorado I shouldnt be too suprised, but was still rather jarring. It'll forever be all I ever remember about this place, the calloused ill concieted will for ones customers. If I knew for sure that i could have returned the truck to another location I would have immediately left and done so that night or next morning.David L.

Neither counter worker had COVID mask on, which is law here in Colorado. One also joked about me wearing my mask. I told them I would rather they both be wearing masks since our county has gone to high alert with COVID cases rising. They didn't make any attempt to comply to my request. That is bullshit! I'm over 60 and don't want to be infected. Wearing a mask to help prevent spreading the virus isn't unreasonable to ask and is not that hard. The truck was just fine and did what I needed for a reasonable price. No problems there at all. Unless I know they are adhering to the precautions for keeping safe I won't use this location or recommend it to anyone.Jeffrey N.
