STEVEN Bcharged me $10 for a dolly then never gave it to me. Vehicle driver door wouldn't close. Vehicle engine and tire maintenance lights stayed on. At the end, vendor asked me for mileage and fuel even though he told me to upload it to the website and he didn't need it.

TYRECE WI reserved 12 moving blankets. They told me they didn’t have any. One guy running a gas station/convenience store/post office/Uhaul place by himself. Admire the go-getter attitude, but one persons can’t handle that.

MAGED MThere was trash in the vehicle upon entry. It took 30 minutes just to get the vehicle because the attendant kept entering my license wrong and kept attending to other customers before completing the rental. It’s very poorly managed and maintained. They don’t even have the proper dolly available, but I was still charged and tried to charge to charge me twice for something I couldn’t use because it wasn’t what I reserved.
Travis RIt took me over an hour to pickup here even with a reservation and being exactly on time. I do not think the representative knew the process for getting me my vehicle which made it take extra long which cost me time and money given I had movers waiting during that time to move. The day before I had a call confirming my 20ft rental and then when I got there they said that wasn’t available and they put me in a 26ft which I really didn’t want given that it is very large. Overall it was extremely frustrating as the representative couldn’t help and I had to get on the line with uhaul to finally fix it. The only thing the representative did was claim she couldn’t give me the keys but also that I had everything correct and there was nothing else I could do. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

CRISNALY WBoth trucks had no dolly on board. I was also extremely misinformed by the location about the eligibility for a refund for days, not used on a rental in the location. I went to before this location tried to overcharge me for the same rental. Highly displeased with this location and the one before it.

JOHN DWhen I asked the gentlemen at the front desk for help on the online returns, he said he doesn't know. If was an elderly person without any technology knowledge, I doubt that i would've been able to figure thing out myself like I had to do today. Overall, alright experience, no helps what so ever.
Khoi A1. Train your employees 2. Make sure the vehicle that the customers made a reservation for is there for use. 3. Clean the equipment after every use! (There was feces in the back of the U-Haul) 4. Make sure when the customer wants their refund, make sure that they actually get their money back.

ROBERT RYour vehicle was not clear outside and the alignment was not good. We had a very hard time to keep it straight on the road. Also there is no cruise control on the car , the driver side mirror was very noisy looking like to fall down

Grace GI believe when I received the truck keys, it didn’t come with a key to lock the back door.
Cain HAfter pulling in to fill the gas back to the level I received the truck, went in to the counter and the guy told me I had to do the return through the app. Unfortunately the reservation never got in my app and I was having issues with it back and forth through the entire rental process. He made me go get all the information and wrote it on a piece of receipt paper and told me the return would be processed at a later time. This made me extremely uncomfortable to leave the truck. I parked the truck sideways in some extra spots in the back and turned over the keys, he came to check the parking spot and got upset and wanted me to park a 20’ truck in a standard park space which meant the front 1/3 of the truck was sticking out in the parking lot. Since he wasn’t processing my return I had no proof of return or any documentation and when I asked for it he couldn’t provide anything. I did receive the return confirmation via email at 2:15AM. But this was the last straw of a very frustrating and inconvenient rental.

Christopher MThe man that was there to help us rent it did not help us at all, he was rude he told us to complete it online, once we did he told us it was not done even thought we had added all information and we had no more options or information to add, we let him know and he was getting angry with us telling us it was not complete. Once we got frustrated he started talking to us in a nasty way and laughing . It was a gas station and he kept leaving us to go help other people when we were there first. It took an hour and a half to get the truck. This location was the only one open and I needed to get the u-haul. If there were other locations we would have left that place. He was making no sense and would not answer any of our questions, after an hour and a half he handed us the keys and that’s it. He did not tell us how any of it worked what we had to do to return it. When we got in the truck it only had 1/4 tank. It was about 50 miles and what if we needed more? He did not help at all and I do not recommend for anyone to go there for a u-haul. He did not try helping us at all and did not make this process easier for us. We let him know we only needed 30 miles. Once he decided to help us he just asked us the same questions we had already answered online and proceeded to charge us for 100 miles. I understand it’s by mile and you guys will only charge us for that but we said we did not need any more than 45 to be safe. Once we looked at the receipt he added 100 miles. We did not even know what we were being charged for and he did not have any interest in telling us. I hope you guys find a solution to this because I’m sure we are not the first people he greets with “you have reservation? If not go online let me know when to give u keys”.

Brittany EThey did not have a dolly that we reserved. They said they would remove it from my bill. I was still charged. This was the third location I was sent to because they didn’t have a truck. My reservation was made over a month in advance. The first truck was dead. The truck that finally worked was out of gas. Customer service has “filed a claim” but didn’t give the discount for trouble, didn’t remove the excess charges and now want a toll for $3. I will never use U-haul after almost two decades of being a repeat customer. Never again.

Vonette TI requested online service check-in/out, but you do have to go into the store for the keys, which I don’t particularly appreciate because it’s an active gas station. Therefore, it’s hard to manage the store plus handle Uhaul stuff. The people are nice which is a plus
Vonette TI returned the truck filled with the same amount of gasoline I found. however, they charged me for 2 gallons. I didn't understand.
