Once I obtained the keys for the truck it had no dolly so I paid $10 to get one after being told they come separately. Realized they gave me the wrong truck. Got the right truck with a dolly already in it, returned the dolly that I didn't even use with the workers telling me there's no refund. The cabin area was sticky, especially around the seats and cupholders. The vehicle completely shut off on drive and stalled on me at an intersection. Overall I did not like the experience I received from the workers there to the equipment I rented.

When I reserve using the app it shows me 99 cent per mile and after dropping off...price went us to 1.29

First one, reserved by my daughter Mallie Holman, when we arrived was closed on Sundays but truck was verified at 930am as being ready with a free truck size upgrade since the original truck requested was no longer available. This location did not give me the drop off location that I chose, 9390 Dr Martin Luther King Jr St N. because the lady could not verify its location. So, when I went to return truck, I was told I had to return it in at the Tampa U haul center since It was never scheduled to be dropped off. The associate said he had no room for this truck, which I questioned since there was plenty of room in the lot. The associate at this location was kind of rude and even commented to not push cause he had a short fuse today. Very unprofessional! These mistakes caused my daughter to incur more cost for the truck and the movers she had for help due to time it took to get new truck and return to a location totally out of the way.

Fior FIt was a bit weird to pick up the U-Haul truck from a gas station but it worked out fine. It was a tight squeeze to get the truck out from where it was parked to that was nerve wracking (made me wonder of the propensity for it to get scratched by another U-Haul truck).
