I reserved a U-Haul truck for 10:45 PM and drove 20 minutes to the location where the truck was at to be told they could not give me the truck until the next day. But they took the money out that night. Being unable to get the truck that night significantly altered my moving plans. The staff the next day were really nice, the truck was clean, and I finally made my move. If renting a U-Haul from this location don't reserve anything after 9:00 PM because the system will be down.Tejon W.

Picked up my 10 foot truck and there was dirt and rocks all in the back. I ordered a hand truck and did not get one. I was also double charged for everything. Horrible. Less than 4 hours and it cost 97 dollars and I didn't even get everything I orderedMichael S.

My reservation clearly stated 114 they tried to charge 236 to rent the truck. I told them no that was not my agreement then they said it was 100 deposit and again I told them no. I did a one way rental from Daytona to Riverview. Paperwork says to call when arriving for drop off. I called and was rudely told to come inside and hung up on. Get back inside he tells me to get a picture of mileage and gas. I get the picture and show him, he asks did i just take the picture, which I reply yes. My paperwork is on the counter. He asked where i rented from, i said Daytona. He asks what size truck, i say 10'. He says i need to take it back to Daytona. I said per my paperwork, i paid for a one way rental and the return location is your store. He didn't even bother looking but just said ok this time. He was rude and had he looked up my information he would have known that. I'll never rent or return anything to this location.Vonshay W.
I requested 1/2 Dozen Furniture Pads: $5.00 but there were 3 house blankets in truck. Truck was dirty and not full on gas. I took pictures of the scratches on truck but could not get the web site to load scratches prior to rental. U-Haul employee (gas station) didn't seem interested in my comments. Truck run great, easy to drive. (I was in a hurry and should have taken more time in check-out but this was the only truck available.) I moved 4 pieces of bedroom furniture in 15' truck.Ronald B.

We were expected to take the items out of the truck and put it near the storage. I was very confused as to why I was asked to do that. After the look of confusion she saw on my face, she said forget it, I will do it! It was expressed in a unprofessional tone. Made me feel like it was my responsibility to do that for her. Location is in a busy gas station with a Subway restaurant inside and the agents are pulling triple duty making subs and waiting on other customers. I was standing in line to return the truck and it was only after all of the Subway customers were served, even two that got in line after I was waiting, was I able to return my truck.Jason M.

The guy who helped me when I picked up the truck was kind and helpful although the truck was dirty and not broom swept when I picked it up. When I returned the truck, the older gentleman who took care of me was a miserable old man. His English was horrible so communication was difficult. He actually hung up on me when I called with questions prior to arriving. He was not pleasant in the least nor were his customer service skills anything other than horrible. There are too many U-Haul locations in the area to ever recommend this one to anyone.BRYAN Y.
When I arrived she told me and my sister sorry about the driver portion of the truck no time to clean before your rental. When I went to return the truck she had the nerve to ask me if it was clean. It is still in the same disgusting state in which you gave it to me, food and a side of ants to go with it on the floor. Dust and grime in the door handles. Also I think that it is interesting that they charged me for 1 of the dollies outside of my quote online which included 2 dollies, separately. I have rented from uhaul in the past but after this experience I will not no thanks.Lakishia W.
They were very rude, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get my reservation done while an employee ate food behind the counter. They didn't want to honor my 4 hour request even though I had to wait on the employee to process my reservation after he sat and ate! Definitely wouldn't go here EVER AGAIN. Pathetic!John B.
