This location is run by very incompetent owners. It was a nightmare trying to get my reservation to come up on her computer and returning the vehicle was less of a struggle but still took 20 minutes.

Waited 30 minutes even though I checked in early online. Clerk was running a busy convenience store and checking in uhaul customers all alone. Van had a large crack in the windshield and was not clean.

Only thing was they were difficult to understand. Not trying to be mean but it was tough trying to communicate with them about returning the rental. Also location very difficult to find. Parking spot to return the unit. They were very kind but we struggled talking to each other. But over all, sweet and kind folks.

The employee did not know what they where doing took over a half hour to compete check in and i had done pre check in on line. Also can was dirty and smelled or urine.

Location did no visual check of vehicle before I left lot I drove 15 miles total and when I returned was told after 30 minutes of waiting that the truck was damaged in the front after arguing with another lady in a language I did not under stand I was told the previous customer was an Indian man who was very gentle and used the vehicle for commerical reasons and drove a few hundred miles couldn't have caused the damage it must have been me. I was told that the distract manager would tell me how much I owed sometime in the next few days. Other customers were waiting along with me horrible customer service. Also the truck when I received it was dirty and the drop clothes were scattered all over the back of the truck.

The cabin was a little dirty with food. Transmission was spinning on first 2 gears. The attendant lady was very nice and friendly. Cost of renting was good.

The check in to pick up the vehicle took a very long time, which was surprising to me as I had previously did everything on line. Doing it ahead of time did not save me any time.

The sales clerk did not go over the charges w/ me nor did he check out the van. When I got into the van I noticed the fuel gauge was not on full. I drove around to the front of the store where the sales clerk was outside smoking and brought it to his attention. When I got home I noticed on the receipt that there was a $10 charge under CDW , which I did not know what it stood for so I contacted U-Haul. I was informed that it was collision insurance. I told the representative that I had a full coverage automobile insurance and did not need coverage . He informed me that the charge could be taken off when I return the van. When I returned the van, I told the noon sales clerk I had spoken to U-Haul about the CDW charge and that it could be removed. I told him that I didn't appreciate the sales clerk just taking it upon himself to add it to my bill . He stated that the morning sales clerk said he went over everything with me, which was a lie. Whenever I return the van with a full tank, I ask the sales rep to remove the CDW charge, he stated that he couldn't do that. While still in the store, I had to call U-Haul and they had to explain to the sales rep how to remove the charge from my receipt. I won't be renting another vehicle from that location again. It's one thing for them not to inspect the vehicle but to call the customer a liar is something a customer will not tolerate. I would not recommend this location to my friends family or others. Also, a nice cold AC would have been great in 90 degree weather but not when it reaps of cigarette smoke. Disappointed customer.

The picture of where the gas tank was when we got the truck to what is was when we dropped it off was exactly the same the guy said it wasn't. He kept squinting. He needs glasses! Insisted we needed to fill it more. We said you are nuts! It is where it needs to be and put the keys on the counter and walked off! If he charged us, he is in the wrong! O don't go here again.

The pick up location was fine. The experience bc of Uhaul's system was NOT. I booked online. I got there and the truck and accessories was ready but system issues was not allowing him to check me out. It was saying I has to pick up the truck at another location. He called two different help lines and no one helped him. I called a help line and was told the location had to call...which he did and we spend 1 hour on phone calls and got no results. Since the truck was at location I told them to cancel the reservation and had the pick up location book me as a walk in. I lost over an hour of moving time bc of Uhaul's system issues.

The rate that was advertised online was not the right I was charged. I then called customer service and spoke to Michelle who was the rudest person I have ever dealt with and even hung up on me. She was very short and wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. HORRIBLE attitude from the moment she picked up the phone.

Worst experience with uhaul dealer ever!! Worst location possible and waited 20 mins before I even got helped! Gas stations don't make good uhaul dealers, especially busy gas stations. You may to reevaluate this location and the service

Too much going on for one store. Only one guy running a gas station, grocery store, subway and the uhaul. Took way too long for just having to click a few buttons(I did the pre check in). I was in the store for atleast 40 minutes while the owner continued checking out people at the register for gas and groceries in between each click.

Did your express check in online and prepaid so all I had to do was to pick keys up to truck. Took over and hour at Causeway Marathon to get truck never again.

When I came to rent the truck on, 11/11/16 around 10am that I reserved online for 24 hours, a woman rung me up. When she finished, she handed me the keys and said to go match the key number with the truck number. I told her I had never rented a U-haul by myself and asked if she could show me. She said she would be right with me as she began to ring up other customers in line. I waited and waited until I decided to go ahead and let her meey me by the truck. She never came and I struggled with opening the back door but I got it. The front smelled like cheap cigarettes and was kinda sandy but I was on a time limit so I didn't worry about it and I left. I brought the truck back 11/12/16 by 9:30am. When I left, the woman didn't give me a receipt. She said everything was fine. So expected to be charged the $45 ($44+change) that we originally discussed. I get my bank statement and I was charge twice for a total of $127.89. The receipt says I drove 50 miles but my move wasn't far at all. When I brought back the truck, it took $12 to fill it back up. That definitely was not 50 miles. Now that I think about it, she never checked the mileage on the truck before ringing me up. From the time that I said 'Hello' to her, she never left the store. She only left the register to get me the dolly that I also rented, and she forgot to get before ringing up the next person. I went back to tell them all of this and the man laughed on my face, told me that there is no way it could be wrong. The $127.89 was split into two separate charges. One charge was initiated on 11/11/16 and the other on 11/12/16 but I should never have been charged before 11/12/16 right??? That caused an over draft in my account which I was charged for as well! I am disputing it with my bank as well. Several people told me they had bad experiences with this location as well! They should not be U-haul representatives at all. The worst customer service I've ever had!!!
