Quick, kind and accommodating

Allen CThe GPS location of the physical address takes you to a different location about a mile away. You need to input Cavalier Food Mart into GPS versus the physical location and you show up precisely where you need to be.

Kristine ZI picked up the truck I had reserved & as I approached the half a mile mark, the gas light came on. I replaced the gas upon return ,added 15.00 of gas & was then billed 12.00 gas charge. WHY, there was hardly any gas in the truck upon pick up. I'd like this charge reversed. Other than that, no problems.
Gilbert AThey over charged me. This ovation is terrible. I’ll never go back there again. There was more gas in the tank than when we left and they charged 55 extra dollars for 6 gallons of fuel. We only drive 19 miles and put gas in at this location. These people are shady.

SHANA GMade reservation for 24/7 share Uhaul was not available at 7:00 am. Uhaul agent did not leave a key. So we had to wait until someone opened store at 8:00am Also only used 8 miles on Uhaul but charged for 20 miles. No new receipt given. Presently. For correct charges.

Rip MDid not have any of the Uhaul equipment that I had originally reserved for my move (i.e. furniture dolly, furniture pads, etc.). Completely ruined my experience and left me having to pivot last-minute.
Matthew LThey did not have the furniture dolly or blankets that I requested. I was told upon arrival and my husband had to drive out of the way to get a dolly and blankets. There was a pad lock on the sliding door that no one knew the code. I waited 30 minutes and eventually called the 1800 number. The person I spoke with said they did not have the code to the lock. I mentioned that they didn't have blankets and a furniture dolly and she said I could drive 45 minutes out of my way to get them and then 45 minutes back...all while I had movers waiting. I had to downsize to a 15 foot truck, which caused us to have 4 extra trips with our van because everything would not fit. The guys at the counter didn't know what they were doing and were not properly trained it felt like. It seemed like they were on the phone trying to call their boss to see what to do. Customer service was poor and no explanation from them through the process of where the truck was, did I need to fill out any paperwork, etc. It caused us to be late throughout the day with everything and more expenses. Tried to fill up the uhaul with gas and multiple gas pumps were not working. Will not be going back.
anne mTruck did not have gas and was dirty. We needed to put gas in truck and clean it before we could use it. I reserved a dolly, furniture dolly and packing blankets. None were available when I picked up the truck and I was not notified prior to pickup that this location did not have the supplies I reserved. Personnel at location not well trained and were more interested in their personal phone call than serving a customer.
Vicki UScammers here. They tried to charge for gas that was not missing, They have a very low rating for a reason. This place should be closed. All scammers.
Aaron WThis location is a one-man-show, bur it was very nicely run. The person assisting us was courteous and helpful, the equipment was very clean, orderly and in good running order. Once we waited our turn for service it went quickly with no issues.

Melissa WMake it easier to amend time needed on the website. We were not finished within the time frame we estimated and needed the truck longer but wasted a great deal of time trying to add another hour and were never able to do it. We called uhaul and they would not do it they just said amend on the website which we could not do. So obviously customer assistance is pretty lacking.
Gary BMove the trucks to somewhere else. This is the trashiest business you could think of. The main guy seems relatively nice but doesn't even have a grip on how the uhaul system works after 7 years participating in the program.

Anthony HThey should clean up the cab between users. I've rented there 5 or 6 times and the floors on both driver's and passenger's side are always dirty with dried mud.

Artur RTruck was nasty, “clean” but has sat for so long. Experience was terrible, the guy could care less about renting it out. Didn’t verify anything with me, as far as $/mile or condition before/after. Very unprofessional experience and uncomfortable experience. Otherwise got the job done. Miles out and in we’re incorrect from the picture I took when picked up and parked. Time stamped. Charged wrong for miles, and looks like I got a cleaning charge. It was returned the same way.
Tyler BThe truck had damage not marked, was dirty inside cab and in back area. Fuel was below 1/4 tank and when I returned truck with a 1/4 tank they charged me $25 for fuel! Worst U-Haul experience ever and I’ve been renting from U-Haul for last 15 yrs on several moves and they’ve always been a good experience.

JOHN CGet the online return forms to work better. Have a picture slot for each photo needed instead of blanket add more photos. Otherwise the process was smooth and easy

Eliseo YDid not have the dolly I requested, so we had to go to another store and rent a dolly, which took time and cost more money. Had added a charge for furniture pads that I did not request. Truck was parked in a muddy unpaved area. Bed of truck was dirty and smelled of feces- we had to sweep and then let it air out before we could use it. .Will not use this location again, and will not recommend uhaul anymore.
Alicia MI had requested 1 dozen of the furniture pads, they charged me for 12 dozen and there weren any furniture pads at all. I had to use my own towels to pack my furniture. The mile price changed on the ending receipt. Nothing close to what I contracted. Don't do business in this location stay away. It was closer to me to so I used it. I should have pay attention to the reviews and go pick up a uhaul farther than here.

Steve CEquipment was clean but damaged. Repairs had been ordered from UHAUL but the kept the truck in fleet since the damage was not saftey related.
DAVID RThey were hard to understand, didn’t really know how to check me in, and didn’t give me any paperwork. They handed me the truck key and I had to go search for the truck in a large area. Also unhappy that it was 45 minutes away from me.

Monique LI don't understand what happened, the rate was supposed to be 30$ for the rental and 1$ per mile, they discounted me 47.66$ and then 44$ even though I only traveled 25 miles, it should have been 30$ for the rental and 25$ for the miles plus taxes, where is the other 44$ supposed to be charged from?

George WGas pump had no display. We dropped the vehicle with gas at 5:55. It looks like we are being charged 44$ additional. Not sure why. Will look into why since we filled gas and were on time.
Deborah HOriginally booked for a location right around the corner from my place. I received a last minute call late Friday (for a Saturday move) that my truck would not be available and I would need to pick up from a new location 10 miles away AND at a later time. Whatever, not the first time UHaul has done this to me. I get to the new location and the truck is not there as scheduled/guaranteed - waiting for another 40 minutes before the truck is ready. Not once did any uhaul rep apologize for any of the multiple inconveniences on their behalf - will never use Uhaul again.

Syed HI dropped off the truck on Friday afternoon and the associate said he would check it in and on Tuesday the truck was not checked in so I had to drive over an hour in then I got charged another $18.00…..not happy

Richard BThey did not have the dolly, utility dolly or furniture pads. This was NOT the location I chose to pick up from, but instead was changed to the day before pick up. Clearly this location should not be in charge of uhual rentals. They have poor customer service, their drive way and lot are full of dangerous deep pot holes and clearly they are not prepared to have everything that was ordered. Not only that but he assured me I would not be charged for the items they did not have and guess what? He charged me anyways. I contacted customer service and they told me I wouldn’t be charged when I dropped off the truck and the total amount did not change. I am very disappointed uhual in a whole and will not be using this service for any future moves.

Marsha CI have rented 3x from this location. Moving is stressful and each time has been a pleasant experience. It’s my go to for my moving needs. Best part…use the app and pick up is a breeze.
