It seemed I was more of an annoyance picking up the truck. Plus, the internet service went down temporarily so maybe that presented a slightly awkward environment. Good news, the truck was on site and ready to go.

James LThe drop-off location tried to charge me money for dropping the truck off an extra day late, which did not happen at all. I used the truck for eight hours and dropped it off that same night that I rented it and they still tried to charge me.
