Even though vehicle was not fully cleaned, the mobile process, pick up and drop off were easy and smooth. I didn’t have any issues at all, I would highly recommend this location and mobile pick up and drop off.

My first impression of the location was sketchy. Then when we went in the employees were very standoffish and acted like I was interrupting their day. When we returned it, we filled it with gas there and they do not have emergency shutoff where it stops automatically so gas spilled out of the tank and all over us. When we went in to turn in the key and finalize the employee had me wait while he finished his phone call that appeared personal. I went to pay for the gas and his machine would not connect to the internet. Asked if I had cash. I will never go to this location again
MISTY EWhen I picked up the U-Haul, it had literal food, trash, half full water bottles. And nobody had swept the back of the unit. The unit was relatively new look like it had been well maintained. But this location is not big on cleanliness. They also did not have the blankets that I ordered. It's basically a tiny rinky-dink. Gas station off the side of the road that you wouldn't even notice.

Lara MThe guys working here were rude, unhelpful, and very chauvinistic. They also don’t answer their phone and the phone doesn’t accept voicemail. I drove there to ask them a question (because U-Haul’s phone system is very inconvenient and sucks) and I was not welcome and they seemed annoyed I was there. I took a friend back when I picked the truck up because I didn’t feel safe. These people know absolutely nothing about renting trucks, etc. They were complete jerks who obviously have a problem doing business with women.
