Clerk took too much time to attend. Although he tried to be respectful, using the word "amigo" all the time is not polite since I am not his friend. Truck has some trash and "smelly"

YOU HAVE GOT TO RELOCATE! No way to find the location, even with map apps. When I called, he hung up and would not answer again. Barely spoke any english. Had 15 people in the location cashing checks, took 30 minutes. Location is dirty. Would never go back!

I reserved the truck pickup at 9:30 but actually picked it up at 11:00am. I returned the truck at 10:30am next day. I got charged two days instead of 1 day. I am very disappointed at rhe service.

Could not check out or check in using app. Had to go inside to counter agent which displayed a belligerent indifference on providing service, both times, same agent.

The gentlemen waiting on us assured us the uhaul could be returned near the location we were taking the furniture- about 20 miles away. That was not accurate, and caused a lot of extra time when we did try to r eturn it to another location. We were charged more because of the unplanned miles. If we had been told going in that we needed to return it where we rented it, it would have made it a much different experience. Nice people in all locations, but wrong information at the place we rented from.

The people were extremely kind and helpful. The line took a little while and the parking lot was pretty full when I returned which made finding a place to park a little more tricky though. Other than that, it was a good experience overall and I would definitely use them again in the future.

This location has 1 employee on site. They were clueless about UHaul. I knew more than they did. The place is dirty and poorly stocked, half stripped as if they started renovations 15 years ago, it reeks of urine, the bathroom is filthy, and the first gas pump I tried to use refueling didn't work so I had to move to another after several failed attempts. I'll drive the few extra miles to deal with professionals next time.

The guy that I got the U-Haul from didn’t really know what he was doing, he also put the wrong address of where I was going to drop off the unit, I had to wait 25 minutes just to get the U-Haul that I had reserved the day before. This guy should really be taken off the list of people or places that can rent a U-Haul

The store worker could not use the system, I had to go behind the desk and do it for him. He asked for my wife’s name and number 5 times until I did it myself. They did not have the truck size we reserved, and the store worker CHARGED us to SWITCH our reservation which is not what we wanted and was not at our fault. We were not called the night before to confirm our reservation and did not receive a $50 dollar guarantee for not having the equipment rented. We arrived at the store in time for our 9:30 reservation however because of the worker not knowing how to use the system, we did not leave the store until after 10am. We were charged over 75 dollars for a reservation that should have only costed 35 dollars. When we returned our truck the worker asked us “Did you pick it up here?”, which shows that he could not work the system as well as we had given him our Equipment Contract and keys already. I HIGHLY suggest you remove this location from your list. I will be calling back to receive my $50 dollar guarantee for not having the equipment we reserved at the time we requested. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with this entire experience and I would like a response from a U-Haul representative regarding what happened. Thank you, Jonathan Martinez.
