The drop-off location tried to charge me money for dropping the truck off an extra day late, which did not happen at all. I used the truck for eight hours and dropped it off that same night that I rented it and they still tried to charge me.

Blankets were thrown in a back room of the store. I was told go back in there and pick out 12. Dolly was in back of truck of which I didn’t ask for so i was told go get it and bring it in. The guy in store never left from behind the counter or went out to the truck. He added charges of $200 which if i wasn't paying attention i would have paid. He was very condescending towards me. Laziest person ever. If the service and truck was this disgusting why would anyone buy any food from this store. The truck itself rode much ruffer than any i’ve ever gotten before. I know a 26ft truck rides bumpy loaded or not but this one needed to be balanced. It really struggled. Do yourself a favor and pickup from a UHaul dealer location not a neighborhood store. But stay away from this Cavalier Grocery store.

Jennifer WThe customer service was great!! This particular truck needs new brake pads ASAP!! When I rented the truck it was in tow/haul and I couldn’t get it off. The vehicle is great otherwise. Maybe a cleaning in the cab. Thank you for the use of U-HAUL. I have been using your services over forty five years.
ELIZABETH SEven though vehicle was not fully cleaned, the mobile process, pick up and drop off were easy and smooth. I didn’t have any issues at all, I would highly recommend this location and mobile pick up and drop off.
