I was not happy that they changed my location , it was out of my way … it all had to be done by phone .. when I picked a place where o could go to the desk .. it was a horrible experience ,

The keybox is not on caves building. It took us half an hour to find it on the building behind the post office!
Joseph KHave the employees at the p/u and drop off station be somewhat knowledgeable of the rental truck. NO-ONE there had any idea, when I picked up or dropped it back off, no paperwork, pictures, keys, and they never even asked me to show my license at this particular location. Very frustrating and stressful on moving day!!!
