Have the employees at the p/u and drop off station be somewhat knowledgeable of the rental truck. NO-ONE there had any idea, when I picked up or dropped it back off, no paperwork, pictures, keys, and they never even asked me to show my license at this particular location. Very frustrating and stressful on moving day!!!
