I had the worst U-Haul rental experience of my life with the man running this business, CC Computers. When I arrived to pick up a trailer, the attendant would not help me at all getting it hitched up. He said there are two trailers to choose from in the parking lot. Get the one you want then come to the office. If my brother had not been with me there is no way I could have lifted and gotten the trailer hooked up by myself. The attendant would not even help hook up the safety cables and wiring harness. He said he could not help for insurance reasons, a stunning statement to hear at a U-Haul rental location. I strongly encourage U-Haul to terminate its relationship with CC Computers in Glen Allen, VA. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this U-Haul pickup location!Richard B.

The gentleman was helpful with the check-out process; however, the truck was on its last leg and could barely make it to our destination; the truck had trash in the cab and smelled like a wet dog, and the equipment in the back was not what was requested. I could have been ok with all of that, but the fact I could barely get to 50 MPH on the highway made the trip longer than needed.Nathan W.

Make sure you know what kind of hook up you have for the brake lights. Ours needed an adapter! Easy to get the adapter so not a big deal. Cost $25. We bought ours at Auto Zone.Frank D.

There was no dolly on hand. This is not the first time I reserved a Uhaul with a dolly and the dolly was not there. You had over a week to get him a dolly. I had to go to another location. It cost me an hour of my time and I am not happy about it. Your dealer was fine. No complaintschristopher W.

The oil soon light was on so I couldn't tell how many miles I had driven, also with my first rental, I was told I would be reimbursed for the miles I had paid for but hadn't actually driven and that did not happen. But overall everything went fineNadira M.

The vehicle I was provided was in a fair condition. No complaints there. However I do think the exhaust manifold gasket on that vehicle may have been blowing a little bit. Due to noise I am familiar with and recognizable as blown exhaust manifold gasket. The floor of the vehicle cab interior was a little dirty. With like mud marks on the floor mat. Noted did not affect my satisfaction and great experience. The monetaty value for use was very good and very affordable. Thank you. My only regret is that I returned the vehicle with a full tank. 1/4 tank more than I received it with. So spent an extra 15$ in fuel costs when I need not have. But over all. A happy customer who received great service. Thank you.Brian I.

I was overcharged for mileage. Used the truck Thursday evening 430-830. Returned truck at 7 but the guy sitting in his recliner said to leave the keys and he would check it in later. I told him I took pics of the truck, odometer leaving and returning. Called Friday to have the mileage corrected. It's now Saturday at 10 pm and I have yet to hear from anyone. I will be going in person tomorrow morning to rectify this inconvenience. There is another uhaul less than 2 miles away- do yourself a favor and go there.Charles C.
