The man running this location was so helpful loading my treasured 77 corvettes on to the car carrier. He made sure no damage was done and that it was strapped in place for the trip from Virginia to Florida. I would highly recommend using location. Great job. The truck and car carrier ran flawlessly for the 1000 mile trip.

I went there Sunday morning to rent a truck there was a white guy he talk nicely because he need money on that time i rent a truck for two days that’s a first time in my life to rent a truck but when i go there yesterday to return the keys the same guy he is so disrespectful it’s look like he was drunk i ask him what to do now he scream and tell me just put the keys in counter i will send you the email then i left I receive a mail yesterday evening when i open the attachment it say in the bottom that customer need to sign so I print that paper and take the paper today and ask him do i need to sign and give you back he say no. Because when i first got there on Sunday he charge me 263.00 for 90 miles but i just drive 22 miles so when he send me the email it was 120.82 so i was confused because on the reciept he email me it’s say previous pay 0.00 so that’s why i go today i ask him nicely can you please explain me about this so he start shouting he was so disrespectful he call me stupid he told if you wanna ask something call 1800 number and again today he looks like he was drunk he was just sitting and watching tv and laughing at me. My first experience was so bad i never recommend someone about this location.

Gas was on E on one of the trucks even though the paperwork said it was full. Once we returned the vehicles I called multiple times to get receipts which I was told couldn't be done. I was told I needed to drive to the Uhaul site during my work hours and ask the guy there to do his job because apparently his manager couldn't compel him to do so. ????? I called the 800 number and they also had a hard time handling my simple request for receipts from a month ago. Finally I spoke to someone who gave me all the contract numbers and showed me how to look it up myself. Part of the problem was the Uhaul location entering in made up names that didn't exist and bad email addresses, so I had a hard time even being verified because they were looking for names and emails that don't even exist. Why is a simple request so difficult? Train your employees to do basic tasks instead of boomeranging issues on to someone else.

The motorcycle trailer had no lockdown for the front tire left tail light was out. and on top of that they charge me for a full day because I had to stop several times to talk about my broken tail light that's why I was late thank you.

The guy who sits in the office is unfriendly and loaded with sarcasm . You need to have an approachable salesman. Also I am unable to get through to your phone representative after holding the phone for a very long time. I wish you could do something about the customer care center

When there is a large Uhaul center just a couple miles from this location, I was upset to learn that I needed to go out of my way to this location and pay the extra mileage. I was also upset that my “preferred” location was even closer to my house but I had to pay the extra mileage. When I got to the location, the owner was of very little help and charged my account incorrectly. I asked if he could refund and rebook - which he said yes he could. But upon cancelling to reverse the charge, the truck appeared to go back into circulation and his first was response was that it wasn’t his issue. He then said “well, you wanted me to cancel” to which corrected him and clarified that I ASKED if it could be done. After a couple minutes of him basically saying there was nothing he could do, I asked if he had a number to call. - he didn’t so I called the 800 number while in his store, which was a dirty computer repair location. While on the phone with the 800 number, he was able to rebook. Overall - not a great start to a day and I’m disappointed.

The customer service person at the location was a little too minimal in his doscriptions of the pricing and options. Whether he was or not, it felt like he was trying to “sell” me things that I may or may not have needed. (Not a good feeling to have)
