The checkout process is confusing, the app does not connect quickly (IT IS SLOW AND CLUNKY) and adds charges to your reservation WHEN you have already DECLINED Save Move in your initial contracting phase (SNEAKY AND UNAPPEALING WAY TO INCREASE U-HAUL REVENUE).
