Cannot get into the storage area. Had to park by the road. Couldn't use the website. Called uhaul. They helped me.

You can be clearer on where truck keys are located. Spent like 30-45 minutes trying to locate keys. Keys are NO WHERE near where the truck is located. There was no dolly in the truck when we ordered one.
