First of all the woman doesn't speak very much English. Second and most importantly, I was told to do everything on the app. Unfortunately, the app works half of the time and the other half it is crap. I couldn't pick-up, It wouldn't let me drop off. Then uhaul tried to threaten me with a theft charge, meanwhile I rented the damn thing for 24 hours and turned it in in less then 8 hours. And one more thing with your sorry ass uhaul!! Bring back the car trailers. These new "toy hauler"trailers are A piece of shit!!

I turned the truck in on time. They never closed the ticket out. Uhaul tried to charge me like 200$ late fee lucky my account was locked and it didnt process. The customer service lady i talked to about it was very rude. The uhaul location wouldn't answer the phone thing to get this resolved. They did resolve it but wasn't the best experience
