Extremely difficult pick up, had to have customer service help since we could not be located as being in the correct place. Check engine light was on in the truck when we picked up and we were told to go ahead and use anyway. We drove it from there to the first stop, less than 5 miles away, loaded and when we attempted to drive to the second location it died multiple times. It eventually restarted and we were able to get the unload location. While there we attempted to get in touch with someone about switching out the truck for another before moving forward and after being told we needed to speak with about 5 different people to do so ended up being told to keep the truck anyway and that it was just a “glitch”. This “glitch” happened several other times making our day much longer and very stressful!
