Really easy pickup. Took less then 10 minutes and counter worker was quick as I did everything online already. Truck was a 2024 15 footer and was clean and in good shape. All charges were correct as well.

They logged the fuel and return date wrong and refused to correct it. This is after providing pictures showing them the mistakes they made. Will was insistent that they did everything correctly. U-haul.com acknowledged the mistake and corrected and refunded the incorrect charges. This location is extremely negligent and should not be apart of the U-Haul family.
