No dolly or drop cloth available. Truck had random paper and a hat under the passenger middle seat, which means tuck wasn’t fully inspected before handing off to the next driver. The floor of the cargo space was really dusty and full of debris. Truck’s starting gas tank was below 1/4, making it inconvenient. Truck’s are parked way too close to each other, making it difficult to repark.

The rate per km was offered .99cents but online when booking it was .60. Overcharged
KARANDEEP SWe were told we'd get a $50 credit for all the issues we had after speaking with Gabriella. We did not get this. They didn't have our truck at the location that it's supposed to be at. The self pick up would not work. We had to wait for the second location to open. It delayed our move by over 3 hours
